Thanks for showing the hemi version of this video, I thought I was going to have to take the top of the engine off
The most informative and straight to the point video I've found. Thanks!
Glad you found this video helpful 😊
thanks thanks I have same problem in grand cherokee 2016
no b.s., right to it. So many of the other vids are discouraging. Thanks brother
Thank you. Saved me over $225. I bought the last available part for $50.15
You are Welcome !
Really is good and straight to the point video.
My pleasure :)
Very clear and descriptive. Thanks!
Great work and made it an easy way. Thanks
Thank you for the valuable information and video !
Our pleasure!
Very good video, thanks ! Im ready to change mine now .
No need to drain oil - it is just a little - throw a rag up under the lower housing and most of it will collect there, extra can be wiped with the rag. I was able to do this job without taking the plate off but it is a little more challenging to move in there.
Thanks so much really appreciate it good work
👍
Thanks for the demonstration!
You're welcome

Thank you very much!
You are welcome 👍🏼
This is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks. But I have a question. How critical is this sensor? Do I risk my engine if I don’t change it immediately? I have a trip I have to make this weekend.
Great video thank you for your time
Thank you for the help.
Hello dear , does it need any programming after installation??
Buen video, tuviste que sacar el aceite del motor?
No
Does any oil need to be replaced afterwards?
well a little oil comes down, so it doesn't hurt to recheck your oil dipstick afetr replacing to make sure you have the proper oil level in the engine
Saved me labor charges and days without my car
Glad to hear :)
Thanks for the video. I did this, and started up but still had the engine code, if I clear it it should stay cleared no? Unless the sensor isn’t the true culprit
You will need to clear it or wait few cycles of the engine for it to learn that it was fixed and may clear it self out.
@@autorepairchamps thanks for the reply, I cleared it and it’s stayed cleared. Thanks again for the help. Dodge wanted 480$ plus parts
I was able to get the part for 70$ and with your video took 15 mins. The clip was the hardest part lol
@@johndeereFTW my man how do you cleared the engine light after that?
@@PeroSoloDigo just with a code reader
Great
Do these sensors ever weep oil??? The right hand side of my oil pan is slightly wet with oil, and hoping it is not a problem with pan gasket. Jeep has 75K miles.
They can , yes .
What if you are still getting low oil pressure? could it be the oil filter?
quality of oil, or oil pump, check your engine compression .
Is the sensor the same for 2012 ?
I believe it is located in the same location as the 2011
How much oil should I expect to come out, do I have to drain oil first ?
Maybe half a cup of so, you always need to check your oil level after doing this and make sure it is at a proper level.
After i changed mines my oil pressure says 50 psi? Did i do something wrong?
What did it read before you changed it? Do you know?
@asparrowsmusic it was way higher but it's fixed lol and I just replace radiator and ac condenser lol
Thx!!
You are welcome !
I cant get the wire off of the sensor
So looks like you should probably drain the oil before doing this job.
Probably wouldn't be a bad idea, but that car needed an oil change, we did an oil change right after replacing the sensor . Thanks
