How to Make a Christmas Handkerchief Angel Ornament

WITH SLEEVES! Create this Heirloom Angel Design with a Holiday Handkerchief!
You Can Make This!
Supply List:
One Handkerchief - Ideally with embroidery along all four sides ( mine is 11-inches square)
For Head: One 25mm wood bead, Woodburning Tool, Red Acrylic Paint, Bamboo Skewer, Fine-point brown permanent marker, Cosmetic blush, Cotton Swab, Paper plate,
6-inch wide Ivory-colored tulle,
!/16-inch wide ivory satin ribbon,
Hot Glue Gun, Scissors, Ruler, Hand-sewing Needle, Quilting Thread,
One mini craft stick from Forster (Or a regular craft stick)
Wire Cutters,
20-gauge gold wire,
Yarn for hair (mine is loopy mohair)
Cardstock for wings,
Die-cutting machine and a scalloped circle die,
Sewing Machine, Thread to match materials,
18 inches of flat 5/8-inch wide white lace for collar,
Red/White Baker's Twine,
One Glitter Holly sticker from Jolee's Boutique

Hi Laura.. she is so cute!!! I have a request if possible.. I have a small 4 ft tree and I'm wanting to make a tree skirt for it out of several christmas fabrics I have .. but for the life of me I cannot figure out the measurements and piecing of the fabrics to make a circle.. do you have a video of how to make a tree skirt or if not could you possibly make one 😊 have a great day

Hi Skipbj! This is a vintage hankie. I just found a bunch at a local thrift shop. Keep your eyes open and ask your friends…. Once upon a time I made handkerchief angels for my church bazaar. I put out a request and received plenty! Antique malls often have a booth specializing in textiles. And of course, there are lots on eBay. Have fun and thank you for watching Rick Rack Ruby! XO
