The best way to prevent a hangover is to drink plenty of water. That’s litterally it.
Or don't drink so much to that point. Alcohol poisoning isn't cute, and your liver will thank you.
Raven M If one is drinking, and not showing signs of poisoning the next day, the effect of the alcohol will have been greatly reduced. That’s the intention of my tip; dillute.
Gatorade or similar sport drink or citrus fruit are better since they also replenish lost electrolytes, but yeah. Hydrate, pace, and dilute.
