I have a question, so, basicly I always use the same template on my session. when I import session A to session A (right after session A done timecode), Session B is there but my current data on Session A is gone. Can you figure it out, I want to join those 2 session in a session

Not sure. Does the pro tools session you are trying to import from open normally?

My bands old unreleased session was recorded on protools LE in 2008-09 is there a way to upload the files to a new version of protools in hopes of finishing the recording?
    Thanks for your help

I think you can open older versions directly in current version.

@@scottwolfguitar thanks for the advice I’m gonna try it out and I’ll let you know how it turns out!!
This project was unreleased due to my brother and band member passing away before the album was finished and our record label was kind enough to give us the files when they shutdown the label

Hey mate, just wanted to see if you have a solution to this problem. I'm using "import session data" to import a midi track from a previous session and need the midi to land in the same spot on the timeline in the current session. My current session has an elastic audio event (tempo change) near the end of the song, and the midi clip is instead landing on that elastic audio event. I then tried selecting the option in the import session data box "import tempo/meter map". The midi data then landed in the right spot, but selecting that option deleted the elastic audio event in the current session, and all the audio clips from the elastic audio event moved to the same spot as the midi. I've searched the manual but can't find any answers, maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Maybe just note the location in the first session then when you import choose spot mode?
