I just found this video and I must say that it is truly helpful. None of this was covered in such detail on my music production course (I guess they gave us the basics and hoped for us to do our own research. Thankfully, I enjoy doing research). Thank you very much for putting out this content!! Extremely valuable.
@@scottwolfguitar Thanks Scott, I figured it out. I was selecting the entire midi track by double clicking on it which ultimately selects all the notes instead of individual notes like you show. Thank you so much for your help!

Everytime I try to edit midi notes in pro tools it affects "all" the midi notes instead of a single note. Is there a solution?
Are you selecting blocks of midi notes (clips) if so you need to switch to notes view.
