Awesome tutorial man! It might not be in your control right now, but it appears that your CPU is having a really hard time with some of these plugins, especially vital. There is a lot of popping that makes it hard to listen critically while you run through the tutorial. Just figured I'd mention it! Again, awesome work.
I wanted to hear more about the amen sample lol. Where did it come from? Why do these dudes like it so much? I remember at Bonnaroo Eprom did a solo with it that sounded like he was hitting the sampler live.
I was just wondering if and when you'd do a tutorial about G Jones or Eprom, and here you are! Only problem is, I downloaded Vital, the stand-alone version works like a charm but my DAW literally doesn't see the vst, so I'm trying to solve this. But in the meantime, have my upvote.
@@BuntingMusic cubase from 2014, maybe it's because it's 32 bits, I don't know, I've never had these problem before. I have a friend who's an IT expert coming to my house in a couple days, I'm sure he'll solve this. Both the .dll and the vst are in the folders, tried to move them around, still nothing. We'll see!
I’m curious what the sample is called that g Jones has in so many songs. It’s a high pitched “PYOW!” Sound. Definitely hear it a few times in soundtrack to the machine
for some reason if i use vital in fl and save my project then open it back up it makes vital turn back to its preset in each patch of it that i used. anyone know how to fix this?

idk about a sample but you can easily recreate it with a pitch bent sine wave
for some reason if i use vital in fl and save my project then open it back up it makes vital turn back to its preset in each patch of it that i used. anyone know how to fix this?
Not sure, but try posting in FL Studio forums/reddit, and also Vital forums/reddit, i'll look into it as well
@@BuntingMusic will do. appreciate the response
Does serum have a similar function to that pitch snap thing?
in serum just automate the octave parameter
@@BuntingMusic ahhh with a square wave huh - thanks G - keep up the good work
