I 💕💕💕this sweet ornament. There were squeals of delight from South FL to northern Indiana during Christmas as I made about a dozen for friends and family. Everyone loved them. Thank you for the design/instructions...so much fun to make. I made some on 3" bells using the full width of jelly roll strip
I think I'd just had two little wooden beads to the ends of the top ruffles to look like hands! Don't know if that makes sense! Love her though! Going to make a couple tomorrow! Thank you for your wonderful videos!
Hi Patty! The jelly roll strip starts as 2.5-inches wide and 45 inches long. So the piece used for this design is 1.25 wide and about 11 inches long. The beauty of using a jelly roll is that the edges are pinked, and won’t fray!
Love all the things you make. Is the jellyroll you used a 2.5" or a 2" cut in half. I can't wait to awake these. I am going to put one on each present i give. Thank you

I bought 12 jingle bells- I’ll cut my own fabrics (have so many scraps!). Can’t wait to give these out for little “youre an Angel” gifts!

Hi Cindy! I started with a 2.5-inch strip, and cut it in half to 1.25. They are “fun and easy!”
Some people glue small wood beads to a piece of yarn or ribbon for the arms and legs for small gnomes and angels. Just let them hang off to the sides.
