I'm hoping your store still exists. Where better to buy my lace supplies than my home state and home town. I worked in Fair Oaks when I lived in Orangevale. Besides, California's economy needs the income. I miss my home but the population boom and economy keeps me here in H..... half acre. Absolutely love hoe to the point your videos are and love the project ideas. Thx for all your inspiration. Please let me know the store and shopping is still a go. O too need to know sizes for bells and wood ball. Thx again. Lynda in Utah
+Lynda Thomas Yes, we're open from 10-5 M-F and 11-3 on Saturday. You can call us toll free at 1-800-368-3186 if you have any questions. You can also review our website at www.laceandtrim.com
I have to shop on line. Now live in Utah. Thx.
ok thanks
I will .
What length did you use for your lace, ribbon for wings and pearls?
The lace is 12 inches in length. The ribbon for the wings is about 12 to 18 inches (I would say 12 inches if you are folding and wiring the bow...18 inches if you are tying the bow and then cutting off the tails as shown in the video) The pearls for the halo is about 3 inches long if you are using 1 inch jingle bells. If you use smaller or larger jingle bells the amount for the halo will be slightly more or less depending.
How long is the lace? Thanks
At the very end of the video...on the tree there is another angel bell only she has a wood bead for a head...is she made the same way as the only in the video and what size wood bead do you use? Thank you for sharing and I hope you answer.
The angel is made the same way we just used a wooden bead for the head. We used a 1" bead but you should use a size that fits/balances with the size of the bell.
do you have the directions written down somewheres? my memory isn't that good.
thanks
Martha Lofton
On the wire ribbon angel are the wings flush with the skirt or do they sit further back? Thank you
The wings on the Jingle Bell Angel shown here are glued onto the lower part of the jingle bell just above the lace.
If you are asking for directions for our Ribbon Angel - the wings are glued to the "neck area" where the head and ribbon "body" meet.
If you are asking about a wire angel - it isn't our project and we aren't able to help you
could I get the instructions written down somewheres? thanks
+Martha Lofton We're sorry, but we do not have written instructions. We would suggest that you play the video and pause when necessary where you can then write the instructions for yourself.
use waxed dental floss makes tying easy no slipping or untying
Hi. You mentiined the lace is 3 inches wide...but how about the lenght??
Thanks!
I was wondering about the length to. I'm guessing 6in?
