Hey, Vince. don't know if you noticed, but all your thumbnails are gonna. If it was a decision that you made that's fine, although I personally think you should add them back as they gave your videos that extra bit of personality and when I am notififed of your new releases those thubmnails imideatly told me that the videos were from you. The funny thing is that people love to jump into the hating bandwagon, but most weapon mods out there use modified portions of the Brutal Doom code for their own mods. A lot of fucktards in the doom community, a lot of jaded fuckers out there and a lot of hypocrites as well.
now we just need a Civil War mod for Brutal Doom

Yeah I was lucky I played through Blade of Agony before this was released, the style of gameplay was similar enough that I wasn't completely crushed by the difficulty and paced myself well, except for the last level... jfc I probably quick-saved more on that hill than I did in the entirety of Doom itself
It's a murderer. I managed to beat it on the first 3 difficulties, but I only made it halfway through the map list on the 4th.

I’ve got this mod, tons of fun. And you are right it’s freaking hard.
I experience some frame rate drops when the action gets hot, but I think it’s just my PC (even though my GC is a 970, I think my cpu is underpowered)

PinguSenpai I think I know what you mean, I see it happen a lot in map 2 in the village. My recommendation is to save a grenade or rocket for that dude.

I feel compelled to point out that it's a big misnomer to think SGT Mark IV is working with the same engine Carmack created. GZDoom is not the Doom engine. It's GZDoom.

Indeed, SgtMark has a better grasp of what makes a game good and satisfying to play. Bethesda should not have STOLE the concept of Glory Kills from his Brutal Doom. The very least they could do is give the guy a few thousands worth on stocks in the company, or maybe offering a job in level design or something. But unfortunately there are a lot of americans out there that won't admit his talent just because he is a brazilian, a mere "3rd-worlder". When you are a 3rd-worlder, they have a clear vision for you, you're supposed to live deep buried in shit for your entire life, you're not supposed to make a decent living or to improve your living conditions. I just wish that we lived in a world where none of this bullshit existed, and people could harvest the fruits of their hard work and their talents. I fucking hate this crap.

Fatalities have been around before Brutal Doom... ever heard of Mortal Kombat ?
Also I don't remember being able to collect Ammo from Brutal Doom fatalities.

The first actual RELEASED game in the market to actually have Glory Kills present in final form, in a released product, was Brutal Doom. End of story. While obviously it’s vastly different, rising storm Vietnam is (or can be) the only other Vietnam game I’ve seen that feels like this
that makes sense given how mark stated he used rising storm Vietnam for inspiration on some of the mechanics
I enjoy the hell out of Brutal Doom to the point that I can't play maps with the regular old weapons and enemies anymore. But I'm not a huge fun of hitscan enemies in a jungle environment. What makes this mod special? How would you convince me to play it?
