My only issue with this video is it isn't long enough. I could listen to Kurt talk for hours! Seems like a down to Earth cool man.
UA-cam pulled up another interview with Kurt in my stream that appears to have been filmed on the same day. (He's wearing the same clothes.) If you look on GQ, he has a 26-minute interview about his most iconic character roles.
1000% agree with Snake Pliskin being his coolest character ever. Used Cars is so funny and over looked. Kurt Russel is by far my favorite contemporary actor. Second to my all time favorite, Humphrey Bogart
Indeed love Snake
I love snake but I would definitely put herb brooks second
Actor Stephen Lang shared that after a publication dropped him from mentioned on the cast list, Kurt Russell and Sam Elliot asked for the paper to mention the actor. He was a wasn't a known actor at the time to the mainstream but Kurt wanted promotional material to include him to. I thought that was nice he wanted the public to recognize the other lesser known actors.
That story about hanging out with Sunday on the last day of shooting was so sweet.
I've always liked Kurt Russell. When I was a kid I remember him in 'The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes' and thought he was the coolest guy around...still do. He seems like one of the rear real and honest real people out in an increasing depraved industry.
I grew up on john Wayne and many other westerns. Tombstone is the absolute best
I'm not huge on westerns but Tombstone is amazing.
Was watching old Fugitive episodes the other day and a very young Kurt Russell co-starred. It was an excellent episode.
Oh? Cool 😃
I adore Goldie with you Kurt 👍👏
I’m absolutely OBSESSED with Wyatt Russell at the moment I can’t get enough of watching him ! 💞🥰💞
Do another and ask him about Thing, Stargate, Death Proof & Tequila Sunrise
I grew up watching Kurt Russell starting with Gilligan's Island the Disney movies, escape from New York, big trouble and little China, The thing, tombstone, soldier, you name it been a lifelong fan of Kurt Russell, he always seemed like that favorite uncle the one that was just too cool.
Legend!...nostalgia doors open and the reminiscing begins!!!..great interview-ee...
Great actor no fuss around in normal life kind guy down to earth person still with Goldie after all those years.
Love his movies
Kurt Russell is perhaps my all time favorite actor!! Partly because we are almost the same age but also because most of his movies are among my all time greats. I think Big Trouble in Little China probably wins the prize, not that it is a masterpiece but it is quintessential Kurt Russell!! Kurt doesn't seem to take himself too seriously which adds to his charm. He has seen so much in his long career that to see to sit down and talk with him would be mind blowing!! Love the Monarch series!! Best wishes to you buddy!!
I just want him to talk about big trouble in little China.!
Jack Burton is just his best role bar none
I never hear him talk in depth on it in any interviews
To bad
I have always enjoyed watching and listening to Kurt. He just seems like a nice, regular guy, that does not have the ego, like many in Hollywood.
Kurt rules! Backdraft was everything to me growing up. After watching Overboard as a kid I wanted KURT & GOLDIE as my forever fam
Great fun listening to.
Thanks for the video.❤
I'm sorry that anybody that disagrees you can disagree but I think that man is the best actor that ever lives on this planet Earth hands down
Favorite movie ever has to be Tombstone. If you haven’t seen is a must watch.
The absolute best, a living legend!
I saw the Phoenix Lights while on a business trip. I already knew that Kurt had seen them from an older interview. I felt saner knowing he & I saw the same freaky thing at the same time. Pretty cool too!
Awesome interview Mr. Russell!
I watched overboard so many times and I want to watch it right now for the 4th or 5th time. Loved Goldie since "Laugh-In." Russell goes way back to my early childhood. We're about the same age.
He is such a gem ❤
Kurt Russell also played on Gilligan's Island as a Jungle boy he was very young I ❤ Kurt's blue eyes!
One of his greatest movies was Dark Blue. Very underrated
Kurt's been acting since he was little, straight through to now!!!! Always cool!!!! His dad's name is Bing and he was a character actor!!!
would love to see a 1 hr interview, for more stories... interesting person.
That is absolutely too short😊
I have truly enjoyed all the work he has done.
goldie was one of my first crushes, when she was on laugh in
One of the coolest people on the planet......
Tombstone is the GOAT.
Loved him as herb brooks in Miracle
He's awesome!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
More please..☺️
Awesome actor
I wish someone would ask him about Backdraft
what shirt is he wearing???
The lights sound like the starlink satellites.
No doubt about it a class guy
While not exactly the same (as they didn’t do it at the exact same time) Laurie Metclaff and Zoe Perry both played the same character with the daughter playing the character at a younger age.
Tombstone and Wyatt Earp (Kevin Costner) are both DOCUMINUARY MOVIE'S.
No …. The best Kurt moment was during Wyatt Earp when he told Billy “I don’t need to go well healed to get the drop on a tub like you, skin your smoke wagon and watch what happens “ …. 🤓😆
The hair of the GODS.
No Elvis?
I love knowing that Sam Elliot has buddies who call him Eeyore as a term of endearment
Imagine being a fly on the wall for just one evening with Kurt Russel, Quentin Tarantino, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Brad Pitt
WHERE IS JACK BURTON???? I'm very disappointed in this interview
EVERYBODY has ALWAYS loved Kurt AND Goldy, separate AND as a couple!
Hey Kurt, my granddad just passed so the position is available if you're interested. I like stories and signature chili.
I am a heterosexual male but, truly, I LOVE THIS MAN !!!
He seems fun to listen to. The line of lights is light from Venus getting reflected by swamp gas. Or it could be starlink. Depending on the year. Listen, I've seen what has to be a million stars. There's no way earth is the only planet, even in our immediate area, that is inhabited with life. The earth is very old and it has had different life types in it's history. And these other stars have planets that probably have life of some sort like earth has had. With all that said, we are probably alone on this planet.
he’ll be missed, a lot
Are golly hasn’t and Russell separated
Poor Shaggy Dog...haha
The Hangman John Ruth
haven't seen a movie of his that I didn't like
So Suave.
**cough**Captain Ron**cough**
Did Kurt Russell ever get abducted by aliens?
You need to make another western Kurt.
