Recreated one of the trending cocktails
Recipe:
151 Rum 3/4 oz or 20 ml
Cinnamon
Cointreau 3/4 oz or 20 ml
Bacardi 4y.o 3/4 oz or 20 ml
Lime Juice 3/4 oz or 20 ml
Simple syrup 1/4 oz 10 ml
make "Ice Cup" put it n top and tap glass on top of the bar
add more crushed ice on top
Add Club Soda
Garnish with Fresh Mint

Hey Vald, why don't you try putting at the end on top of the ice bowl, extra crushed ice and mint? Perhaps you wouldn't have to add anything else at the end, and serve straight away, that would much cooler!

I have been practising this for a few days and I got the hang of it. My boss even accepted my request to put this on the drinks menu, and is now teaching my other colleagues to make this too. Great job on this man! Love to see more of this.

Hey! Ive tried making this drink 3 times now. How do you keep the drink lit (fire going) while pouring in the different liquids before you put the ice cup on top? Every time the fire goes out before i get to putting it on top and creating the smokey glass look
The flame keeps going out as i make the drink

Awesome cocktail, I just got a question: Do we need a special glass so it doesn't break when we put the ice on top? Or it works with any kind of glass?
It works with any glass really but let’s say cocktail glass need to tap more careful
Also wouldn’t really use thin glass for cocktails with fire

My way of coctail...grab a glass pour some Scotch put some ice and squeeze a slice of lime with pich of rock salt.... And done have it with some salt and red pepper sprinkled cucumber...🙏

However, I think it would be best if the customer (or your friends) had the privilege of breaking the ice bowl. I think that would make the drink more enjoyable.

Question: have you tried Don Q rum before? Just like Bacardi (well, almost, since Bacardi was founded in Cuba) it is also Puerto Rican, and it really is a refreshing rum. Personally, my favorite. They also have a 151 that is delicious... but basically fucked up. Two shots and you’ll wake up naked in a river.
If you ever find it, I would love to see your take on Lemon Don Q with Cranberry.

Sigue el video para los pasos pero basicamente esto:
1 shot de 151 (originalmente absenta, pero usa 151), enciendes fuego, canela, 3/4 shot de Cointreau, 1 shot de ron, jugo de lima, "Simple syrup"
Hielo al final, y menea ligeramente y subira el humo. Puedes darle un toquecito y caera el hielo.
Luego de esto, dice que prefiere con mas hielo, poco de soda y menta. Esto es su preferencia
Menciona que es poco dificil al principio porque el fuego se apaga si no lo haces bien.

Мне хочется узнать, как можно сделать такой эффект без поджигания? (Можно, конечно, попробовать с сухим льдом, но вроде как не круто него в коктейли добавлять)

I prefer to realize it as an Old Fashioned overproof Rum. No Triple sec just a fancy Overproof Rum from Foursquare or Jamaican one Worthy Park or Hampden warning cause Cinamon is a nice visual effect but don’t abuse.. it tastes too much...
