Also, I’m so friggin happy that you caught yourself there after your nervous system got shook which I think is a sign that you’ve been allowing yourself to be human all this time while keeping track of how you operate and what patterns may or may not serve you. I’m glad you caught yourself and didn’t make a list of big life decisions over one incident.

Also your Stretch Break where the colors kept shifting. Part of my own personal philosophy is that humans are givers and takers and have always been. When you look at children, you see how, early on, before they’ve had a proper opportunity to be conditioned by society, they are either more “giving” to or more “taking” from the world around them.
But when our brains stop developing somewhere in our late 20’s and we become “fully formed”, we have to enter the next phase in our human development/experience and that is to start exploring our identity on a deep level and finding our “balance” between giving and taking so that we are not leaning too extremely on one side of the spectrum or the other.
Because, before we discover all the layers of who we are as individuals, we tend to be a bit unbalanced. That’s the philosophy or ideology that I live by and it has healed me, almost completely, from all of my past traumas and triggers and has allowed me to embrace even the most painful of moments, fully conscious. Whereas before, I always ran from pain. Ran to a different town. Abandon and start over.
Which was definitely necessary for me in those times because I hadn’t discovered enough layers of what makes me “me” because I simply wasn’t alive long enough to have the experience to explore who I am and who and what people are or are capable of.

I have decided to consider the fact that I caught myself before running away a WIN… It means that I am open enough right now to recognise the patterns, now imma start working on it. I love your philosophy, I have never thought about it like that… I am on the giving side and honestly have done some extreme things for strangers and loved ones alike, I am learning and trying to find that balance… I have been this way since childhood, so it’s taking a long time.
