buddy doesnt know how science and a study works lol. scientific studies are designed to cut through personal biases and provide reliable results. They use controlled conditions and large, diverse sample sizes to ensure findings apply to more than just one person. researchers use control groups and randomize participants to make sure the effects they see are actually from the workout method being tested.
these studies undergo peer review, where experts in the field double-check everything to ensure the research is solid. plus, the results need to be replicable, meaning other researchers should get the same results under similar conditions. This builds confidence that the method really works.
scientific research also digs into why a method works, giving us detailed insights that help optimize and customize workout plans for different goals. This means we get not only what works but also why it works, making the advice more effective and safer.

Yea but maybe it’s because so many people lie and say they are living proof of soooo much when there full of shit lol. Idc about this, I’ve actually lost 10lbs already on diet alone and that was not even trying much from the diet I’m doing with no exercises so I know food has a huge impact of weight& every single aspect of your body but I’m guessing this video is about exercising which is good to but you can’t just exercise and not eat healthy or your still unhealthy because muscle doesn’t mean your healthy it just means you use your muscles a lot lol. So eat healthy, sleep good, take 2-3simple supplements(not multivitamins) and get exercise and your life will be good.

Hello, thanks for your comment and congrats on your health success. Just to clarify a few points, I only workout for less than 25 minutes 5-6 days per week. That’s it.
My biggest focus is always on my food and nutrition. Food absolutely supercedes working out. Working out is just to build muscle and burn a few extra calories, nothing of major significance like walking or other forms of cardio. Food helps you lose the weight and feel energetic. I love me some healthy food!
