    I would fry sausages and bacon first then crispy up chicken, then saute onions and in the end add butter & eggs and everything back

      Food gets most of the flavor only when maillard reaction occurs(google this/youtube). The way you cook proteins is basicly boiling them, not frying and thus not getting maximum flavor

      @@zukacs I will definitely have a look at this thanks. But for that recipe, the traditional Thai way to do it is to have the ingredients on top of the eggs, to see it.
      But still with your way, it would be an option to cook it separately I guess, and once the eggs are cooked, add other ingredients on top ?
