- In November of 2022 I announced that I had sold some of my games and detailed the process. Now I'm ready to sell some more but this time I'll be selling them at a video game convention here in the Chicago area.
The Video Game Summit will take place on
July 8th
10am to 5pm
McCook Athletic and Exposition
4750 S. Vernon Ave
McCook,IL 60525

In this video I detail what I have for sale and how I intend to price the items. I will make a follow up video about the process then detail where you can buy the left overs if you couldn't make the event.

Thanks for watching! Let me know if you'll be in the area. Thought this would make for a cool video to detail the process of selling.
Nice video! I really like that you go through some of the options you have. I have thought about doing the same thing as I find the majority of my collection just sits, despite constantly playing retro games for UA-cam videos. 100% agree with your comment at 5:38. I understand this has become a business that people make their living off of, but this is just as impactful for driving up market prices as anything else. I really like when collectors sell, who have more to gain by making the connection with other gamers than from making it a "business."
yeah I want to have a curated collection instead of everything. I don't ever plan to get rid of everything but I have come to realization over the past few years that I'm just taking my money and converting it into stuff that just sits on my shelf.
you going in loaded, good luck man!
Some good stuff there, good luck man. Those DualShocks should fly off the table.
Shame I don't have a ton of them
Good stuff man!
I can't wait your next video about Gamecube forcast prices
Just glad play-asia makes import or asia english stuff affordable, as well as target preorder sales for my region. I am glad you're cleaning up your collection as I feel limited/collector's editions and a few faves per system are the only ones worth keeping let alone obviously the digital you may play again.
Art of rally has so much cool stuff physically, and fire emblem engage lol so much merch even if I don't like the dialogue.
3:25 wow I know some people are into controllers, similar to your switch OLED heads and must get them all 😂. Does explain stuff like variant cover comics collectors as they are not for anyone on a budget.
Honestly these are controllers that I just picked up over the years from goodwill. Suddenly I had tons.
@@SuperNicktendo oh cool glad those were affordable. I know some stuff gets expensive, especially elite controllers.
@@MrVariant yeah these are just some PS2 controllers that I can stand to let go.
Good luck
I would have loved to go there. I've been wanting the Switch version of Dragon's Lair and another boxed TG16.
Edit. I can't take a vacation since my job is short staffed.
jus picked up a factory sealed copy of Timesplitters 3 (Xbox) for $50 shipped. If one is looking at Xbox/Xbox 360/PS2/PS3, i don't feel prices are that bad, overall
The reason you were bad at the Mortal Kombat game is because MK is one of the few fighting games with a controller in mind, a fight stick is actually worse to play with.
Even current fighting games are going away from fight stick use to get more of an audience so if you play any during this current gen youll be okay with the regular game pad.
do you have more PC games to sell? are you making a video about being at the VGS 2023?
Hi I still have those pc games available and I did a recap on my second channel @snicktendo since this video didn't so so well
Hey is that the big millennium falcon I might be interested in it do you have the brand and the year it was made i think mine is a 95 kenner or a tonka let me know thanks mine is incomplete missing parts.
Will also be a vendor in booth 29 let me know how much it is
It's a figure carrying case. I gave the falcon away to my co-worker's son. But feel free to stop by. I got a lot of action figures that I didn't include in the video.
Let's be objective here - it just sounds like you want to dump your 'trash'. 3 minutes in and that's what I'm observing. Nothing compelling and I see why you'd skip E-Bay to sell to the COP. Not a great pitch.
If all you can focus on is the sony controllers that I'm selling for a couple bucks, than that's not really being objective.
@@SuperNicktendo Like I said, only got 3 minutes in when I noticed you weren't selling anything interesting or particularly collectible.
People like you tend to raise the value of what you review - especially the new exclusives - and now you're dumping your 'swag'.
