The reason why they are good is because they was made by Terry English and James Cameron asked bill Paxton to run down a hallway jump and slide into a wall. To see how it would hold up, but it was buckled and broken so he said they need to be tougher. Then English went away and made them out of Aluminium and actually BDU"s. James Cameron clashed a lot with the British crew but he said their craftsmanship was second to none and all the props are next level.
I can never afford one, and I have been trying to craft one out of NERF parts on and off for years... is the M 41 A Pulse Rifle. The best-looking sci-fi weapon ever, in my opinion.
Yep, the base vehicle for the APC was an aeroplane tug. They had to remove 2,000lbs of Lead from it to make it lighter and it was STILL too heavy to for the set so they had to reinforce the floors so it wouldn't fall through. Also the drivable one could only fit 2 or 3 cast members in the back so when you see them all piling in, that was a mock stationary shell. Also, holes in skin/other objects is Trypophobia. It makes me feel really uncomfortable and creeped out
Surprised the Queen puppet didn't go for more than that. There are some amazing statues made by people out there but to own the original puppet from the film would be amazing.
If you ever need to find the screen used Xeno-finger Scar used to mark Lex in AVP, I've got it floating around somewhere. Same with Hillard's AR-1 rifle from Alien Resurrection.

As cool as the original exposed skull look is, im happy they went with the more "behind foggy film" skull look. It reminds me a lot of DooM.
I like that the foam is showing on the dummy because it looks like the acid blood

Oh there were plenty of kinks in the alien design, on purpose though.
