You should clear up the misunderstanding. The original Ymir and the other one are two different people. It's not a plot twist to hide. It's not a spoiler😑 If you keep the misunderstanding, it will ruin the experience of watching it by making them think it's bad writing
Don't know why you guys aren't explaining to them that there's two different Ymirs. It wasn't a dumb writing move it was intentional. If you remember Ymir's backstory she was taken in by a cult who named her Ymir after the name of the Founder. That was likely not her original name. They called her Ymir because they wanted a figure to worship. A mascot of their race if you will.
killing me that you guys aren't getting that Ymir is named after the first founding titan, her back story - she is pulled off the street and she was told her new name is ymir and they worshipped her.
I think we should clarify again that Ymir the founding titan, and Ymir who loves Historia are two different people lol Now we can explain that the title "Shingeki no Kyojin" means "Attack Titan", not "Attack on Titan" but when it was first translated the title didn't make sense to them so they tranlated it to "Attack on Titan". Well it appears I was wrong, still got one more episode to season 3, but goddamn is it a good ass episode!
remember the editor and yams himself said he wrote ymir and historia as a couple. and they gave the advise to historia's VA to keep that in mind while voicing her

I think you should really clarify that’s there’s two ymirs, it’s detailing them pretty hard on their theories.
they are near the end of the shows if you check pateron.
true just explain a "little" just to help them don't go to the wrong theories. its not spoiler thou so its ok to explain.

They'll realize when need be
@MixFatal Yimir has allready outright told them when she said her backstory
They figured it out by the end. Let em cook.
bad writing 😂
S3 ending with "To save Mikasa & Armin". It feels like a reminder to the audience what it's all for.
and then AOE bros keep on insisting it's for historia and the baby LMAO

I remember reading this in the manga when the chapter first dropped. God i didn’t even realize this would only get better in hindsight. Wow.
Cant wait for the 4th season reaction

Yea I’m not sure why y’all haven’t cleared up the Ymir thing
Great discussion, y’all.
By this time, most people already knew that Ymir jaw titan is different from the Ymir Founding Titan. I think you should tell them about Ymir.

That’s only if they die naturally or at least not with their head cut at the neck. In that case the titan is just dead
