Very frustrated customer. Although just outside of warranty, Jandy indicated that total failure was due to the TR Valve failure that occurred under warranty. They claim to be an industry leader but offer the worst customer service and warranties in the industry.
Hi, did you test water inside combustion chamber for the presence of Chlorine or cya? I don't see much rust and heater exchanger doesn't look like it over heated. If leaves clog the exhaust vent drain holes, when it rains heavily the rain water doesn't drain fast enough from the vent guard and flows down the vent into the chamber. Eventually completely flooding the combustion chamber. The use of an outdoor flue stack will help mitigate chamber flooding from occuring.

Before the failure, did the heater give you any error? For example "high temp limit" or "flue temp"
