Great job Daniel and Peter
You guys make a great team 👍👍👍
Great Job Daniel / RMP Pool Service, CA
If you pipe drs havent looked into them they have coupling savers for pvc think giant pencil sharpners. You might have been able to reuse those valves
That pool heater is nice!!!!
Nicely done Danny!!!
Keep up the great work!
Thanks, will do!
Nice professional install.
Thanks 👍
I been using the UV primer, meets code and looks way better!
Nice looking install Brothers ... Thx
Thank tou
Those pricey pool valves are actually really simple to save after cutting them out, just heat up a snug fitting hole saw with a torch or heat gun, shove it inside the pipe for a min or so, grab a flat screw driver and a pair of needle nose plyers, the pvc will roll right out of them. I've saved dozens with this method.
Yea I’m not spending that much time to save a fitting.
Looks great , Simple and clean good job guys
Thank you!
Beautiful work guys 👍👍. Any heat exchanger will foul if the liquid flowing thru doesn’t have the required velocity/GPM. It will be interesting to see if this one lasts or not. Comes down to water chemistry and flow rates 🤷♂️
Is it worth stripping usable parts off the old unit as emergency parts for future Raypack service calls until new parts are acquired? Super, clean install 🏆🏆
Another job well done 👏
Thanks again!
See you Wednesday
Any news about what’s going to happen to the pool guy? Was it his fault for the pool water clogging up the heat exchanger? Will you be offering a maintenance agreement to this customer? Quality job once again! ❤
We don’t do pool upkeep, just work on the heaters. But he addressed the pool guy, and the pool guy was there today to fix the water chemistry.
Taking bets on how long until his water chemistry eats out the new exchanger?? 😂
Nice!
Thanks!
I had a giy call me for a 60k Jandy JE,he got it free after a warranty claim! Brand new unit ,but TXV bulb was missing(cut off)! New valve is $265,he about freeked at the cost of the part! He got the unot for free, what more does he want, then again,he has no idea how much its gonna cost to recover, replace, evacuate and recharge!
I’m moving away from Mastertemps & JXI’s back to Raypak. Along with water chemistry, the copper used is these exchangers is always troublesome. We used to see 20-25 year runs on the old models. Nowadays you tell customers 3-7 years. Progress??
I love those Raypak pool heaters . The unit design has been the same for over 18 years. Properly installed saltwater chlorinator (properly working), a pool anode , correct gas pressure and combustion analyzer test , The unit will last over 16 years.
Do you think this heater will last longer than other brands? Can it intergrade with Zodiac? Thanx.
trust but verify hahahaaaa!!!
Did you install the pressure relief valve? I did not notice.
yea
@@DCHVAC 👍 Good man and nice installation. I just didn’t see the PRV /guess my eyes are getting old.
