This is my 1st Business Card as well. I opened in branch to have chance to bring any necessary docs. They set up everything for me in person (: let us know how you like this card.

I did want to note one thing because you said you were going to book travel on your new CIP instead of your CSR: note the slight differences in insurance. The CSR appears to have more coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, for example.

It's 12 hours vs 6 hours. With the high minimum spend on the CIP I'd roll the dice. 🤷🏼♂️
Apparently tolls count as "travel" on the CIP card...(??). Hoping that's correct anyway. Inter-state business road trips in KY/IN/IL are much smoother with an 'EZ pass' transponder. 50% discount on tolls plus 3x travel rewards on funds added to your toll account both help.

This is the next card that I would like to get. I currently have the Chase Inc. business unlimited and use that for all of my business purchases. Seeing that I am a commercial photographer for a living and travel a ton I’ve been on the getting the 1.5% back and didn’t realize until recently this gave you 3%. And - the primary coverage for rental cars has been so nice! But I’m in the same position as you were when you made this video. We’re in upstate New York - and beginning the process of moving/purchasing a home - so I’m waiting until all that is done before I even think of having a hard pulls on my report.
Just make sure you get your SSN right on the application

They denied me for my 2nd app for preferred. Ink cash gets a better return anyways. It’s literally 5% off iPhones.
I applied in early May but never heard anything back. I didnt go calling to check because I also just bought a house. I figure I may have gotten denied and they just never relayed the message. I'm not too broken up about it though, I may or may not follow up this year or I may wait until next year.
Can you do a video on the Spend $60 on Amazon use a portion of Amex Reward points to pay and get $30 off? The Amazon offer is confusing.
I called amex econsideration. They said they would see if I could get reconsidered. They asked if they could do a hard pull since their initial pull was back in January and was a soft pull. I said they had my permission. I think they said they would get back to me in 1-2 business days. Hopefully I get approved.

Hello credit shifu hopefully you read this message. But anyway my question is, I'm planning on getting the ink preferred from chase and I wanted to know if I can transfer the 80000 points to my chase sapphire reserve and get the 1.5 percent instead of the 1.25 I get on the ink preferred.
Credit Shifu, does Chase do a hard pull on your social, or your business's tax ID, or both?
Shifu ? Does that accidental credit report pull affect that person who ss was that incorrect number or will chase remove the pull bc it was incorrect.... curious bc like you said cc pulls last and affect you credit score
Hey I have a quick question. I recently changed jobs and my income increased quite a bit. On my discover card i have put 28k as my anual income and used that for the last two CLIs. If I put my income is now at 60k a year are they gunna request any proof or do you think it will be fine ?

I got denied for this card :( unfortunately it's not for easy to fix reasons like you. I had a Amazon Chase credit card when I was young and stupid and got it closed. I fixed my credit and learned how to manage finances better but Chase will not let it go lol I don't blame them but I thought I would try anyway
question, do you have to have an ein number to get this ink cards? I’m waiting to get the ink cash. Also, do you have to report to the IRS how much mi ey you’ve made for the year?
Sheesh 40K, very nice, that's more than the total of my Reserve, Amazon Prime, Freedom Unlimited, and Chase Ink Preferred combined lol. I was approved for the Ink Preferred last week and I only got 6K. To be fair I've only had 3 of the cards for less than a year, but my credit limits aren't all that great. Only two of my cards are even over 10K (AMEX Business Blue & Chase Sapphire Reserve).
The credit card market in the UK is so much less interesting than the US 😒... Thanks for the insights Ben. 👍
On the up side, that's because the credit card companies can only charge significantly smaller fees here, so there's less additional cost built into the price of stuff you can buy with a CC.
Lots more fees the banks here collect (USA) versus the UK and some other countries. 😖

Can we put non-business/personal charges on this credit card or we have to put only charges related to the business this card registered under? My other question is: can we combine the Ultimate Reward points from our Personal accounts and Business account? Thanks.
webbezzy webbezzy non business or personal charges violate the terms of service. I know it is commonly done but be warned!
Also you can move chase points as long as it stays in the same household!
The banks don't care. You can spend with them however you want.
Points can be transferred to family within the household.
Great video! I want to apply for this card but I’m worried I may need to establish a relationship with chase. I had a mortgage with them as well as a slate credit card which mistakingly I closed about 2 yrs ago. My credit is 800. Should I get a personal card first??

Creditkarma literally never updated your address, and trying to change it manually you get an error.

Last october
I just got denied because of too many recent inquires for chase ink. Is it worth to do the reconsideration agent said they would have to rerun my credit which I found odd. Credit score is above 700+ with less than 3% utilization.
I applied for my first business card about a week ago and haven’t heard anything yet. Waiting it out.
For me, it took around a week before I was approved for Chase Ink cards.
Just wait. Don't call yet. Let the computer do its thing.

That, I don’t know, as a non immigrant you can be an owner of a business and can have a social security number, but if you are not supposed to be actually “working” then maybe it is scketchy.
For a card like chase freedom unlimited would a credit score of 708 as of now most likely be good enough for it? I only have about 1.5 years of credit starting with a car lease then I got a capitol one platinum card and recently a best buy citi visa card.

My gf applied for a chase slate she has excellent credit she was instantly accepted she then let chase know the address was old and if she could have it sent to a new address they obliged said it was not a problem at all once she got it, it was flagged as fraudulent, they pretty much refused to help her they had her got to a branch to verify her identity said it was all good but the account will remain fraudulent and she had to apply for a new card again. They refused to help and explain why it’s fraudulent after verifying her identity in person. The chase reps were incredibly rude I have a huge account with them and never had they done anything like that to me when I literally did the same thing when my address was outdated. Does anyone know what she can do ? It’s unacceptable

sean watts well I’m very torn with their behavior as they go above and beyond with my account. They waived both my years of the sapphire reserve annual fee at their own leisure and extended me a total of 20k extra of credit without a hard pull. Despite that I hardly pay them any interest or late fees.
Call the Chase Executive Office during business hours. 888-622-7547. Things that are otherwise impossible to resolve...can be fixed in 2-4 days usually assuming you are "in the right." Obviously it's on your girlfriend to keep her address current+correct and not doing so will always be viewed by a bank/creditor as potential fraud. But if anyone can smooth things over, it's the Executive Office.
champstar9669 she still owns the property from her address but it’s out of town and ups “refused” to drop it off at her house and she couldn’t wait for hours at her house that was destroyed by hurricane harvey. I told her to use her old address and have it re routed to our new house. Which is exactly what I did with chase before and I’ve done it many other times with others since I moved often. So yes she was in the right. 100 percent in the right
champstar9669 I’m also leaving out the fact that she had many reps assure her that it wouldn’t raise any red flags to request an address change and she stated that if it’s a problem she would hang up and wait it out at her old house for a day. They guaranteed her it would be no problem after verifying her information and executed the change actually to the point where they persuaded her to just change it .When it was a problem they refused to admit any fault or that the conversation took place. Referring to my previous message the issue was that ups allegedly had a “policy” of requiring a signature for this delivery. And it could not be changed. But at my house they just chucked it on my doorstep. Never asked for a signature I was literally at home watching tv waiting for nothing.

So did Chase pull someone else's credit history because you entered a wrong SSN? If so, then isn't that credit pull going to be on that other person's credit report for no fault of their own.

5/24 applies for the application, but this card won’t count towards 5/24 since it doesn’t report to personal credit report

Got a few small personal loans and a few credit cards and build my credit. Saved 300 a week from my check for 2 years and put 20 percent down. I didn't think I would be able to because I don't make that much money. Only 35k a year but I got ynr house.

yes, she will get her own priority pass (quite a good value given the authorized user fee!)
with each PP through the CSR, you get cardholder + 2 guests for each visit
