Pie Dough
36g butter
36g honey
36g condensed milk
20g cornstarch
100g cake flour
Others
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
a head of celery
4 mushrooms
1/2 carrot
250g chicken thighs
1tsp sugar
2tsps soy sauce
1tsp cornstarch
a pinch of peppers
1cup hot water
20g chicken bouillon
20g butter
20g all purpose flour
a pinch of parsley
some frozen green peas
100ml heavy cream
1 egg yolk
3 icing pens

Its very similiar to a dish located in my country's south part, the dish its called "calzoni" and theyre cooked especially on events

Whrn i saw eula's dish, I was like "wait is that a crossaint?" And wait nevermind,it's empanada then out of my head I said wait, is this a combination of those two or the empanada gave birth to crossaint baby
An empanada with a sweet dough? and a salty filling?. Never thought about that before. The filling looks amazing.

I made this and wound up with a LOT more filling than dough to fill the pies, as an FYI to anyone making this. The crust is subtly sweet, though I had problems bringing the dough together and had to add quite a bit of water to get it to form a shaggy dough. The filling is very good and is a good contrast being salty and savory from the soy sauce marinade against the crust. The frozen peas really help marry the two together between the crust and the filling, so I wouldn't skimp here. I think that you can get some very drastically different flavors based on the chicken marinate.
Oo.. thanks for the tips! Out of curiosity though but how many pies did the recipe make for you? My friends and I wanna try making this but we aren’t sure if we need to increase or decrease the amount of ingredients.
@@bluewhite6850 I think I ended up with 3 pies, and just enough dough leftover for two little ramekin sized tarts.
Wherever there is Eula, I will be giving my like.

In my country we call that an "empanada dulce /salada de harina " in inglish ampanda sweet /salty of flour
a pinch of parsley proceeds to put a spoonful lol :)

So basically it's a dumpling but a little bit less polish
Soooo basically chicken pot-pie
Yet again I am slightly amazed but mostly confused.
Making food isn't exactly a super big deal and "not that deep". But thinking about some random adventurer who most definitely does not have time to just sit down and form their own recipe is the confusing part about it. There is also a part of me that wonders how the scenario would play out if while in game you asked Eula to make her dish for you. Like would she just have moments where she pokes out to check on the Traveler and then puff her cheeks out each time they notice and question what she's doing. Or maybe for a character like Razor, you just sit in front of a rock whilst hearing noises of combat from the fresh kills and the mashing of pinecones, as the scene as a whole is accompanied by the stereotypical "unga bunga cave man" hollow headed sounding music.
Honestly people of Liyue makes alot of sense to me, along with maybe Inazuma as well, since most of their adventurers were stuck in Inazuma and slightly in hiding.
Just alot of me wondering how scenarios would play out honestly, and how cheesy it is that some gruff adventurer suddenly works their magic and whips up a dish they made.
