I was wondering if you could look into a few more Genshin dishes, especially the simpler ones! - keayas specialty fruity skewers -universal peace - lotus seed and bird egg soup -Northern apple stew -Qiqis specialty No Tomorrow - ventis specialty Bouyant breeze
INSTRUCCIONES 1.) Combine la PARTE A y mezcle. 2.) Agregue la PARTE B a la PARTE A y luego mezcle con las manos desnudas. Estamos tratando de lograr una hidratación uniforme en toda la harina. Debería verse como varios grupos pequeños. 3.) Combine toda la harina en una bola y amase a mano durante 15-20 minutos. 4.) Envuelva la masa con film transparente y déjela reposar durante 1 hora. 5.) Corte la PARTE C en cubos de 1 pulgada. 6.) Dorar el solomillo a fuego alto durante 1 minuto y luego reservar. 7.) En la misma sartén, saltee las cebollas / papas / zanahorias hasta que estén transparentes. 8.) Agregue la PARTE D a la sartén y saltee durante 5 minutos. 9.) Agregue 1/2 taza de harina a la sartén y cocine durante 5-7 minutos. 10.) Agregue lentamente 500 ml de caldo de carne hasta que se forme una salsa. Dejar reposar para que se enfríe. 11.) Cortar la masa en 4 trozos y extender con un alfiler formando un círculo. 12.) Coloque el relleno sobre la mitad de la masa y luego doble la masa. Pellizca el exterior para sellar la masa. 13.) Pliegue la masa por motivos de diseño y para asegurarse de que esté cerrada. Talle los diseños que desee con un cuchillo de emparejamiento. Dale al pastel un lavado de huevo y luego hornéalo en el horno durante 30 minutos a 350 grados F. ¡VAMOS AL PLATO! Compartir esta publicacion:

@@razorsoup3106 ment to come back and report in last week but forgot. Dinner was very good and kids didnt catch on right away. They thought it was another empanada till they asked why did I make the cuts and diamonds lol. They thought it was so cool and completely oblivious that there is a youtuber that makes dish from Genshin. The only things i changed in mine was lessened paprika and added chopped garlic to the mix before I sauteed the potatoes, onions and carrots. Appreciate the time you take to make these @ChefMar
I laughed at the super suspenseful music when you started decorating. I could hear the ice crystals forming on my face. as for the dish, I love meat pies and similar stuff but the Swanson ones are loaded with salt so I often make my own. Adding this one to the repertoire but I'll likely also change up the seasonings too. also, from me, Donair meat is not advised because it's too greasy. my experience with food like this.
When you were carving these diamonds and lines on it before baking it, i thought is was going to open up until i realized that the dough has a different consistency from the one i knew of but it still make me anxious and reminded me about the tower falling in diluc speciality vid...
What showed in video : Stormcrest Pie In my Indonesian mind : It's just modified Pastel or Manadonese Panada that I always buy shit tons of them alongside with Risoles for my Ramadhan's Iftar. And until now (not Ramadhan's time), this food still available on nearby Gorengan vendors in my House Complex. And I want to buy shit tons of it again 😂

me, an argentinian: but isn't that just an empanada with extra ingredients.... I always thought that when I saw Eula's dish, so seeing you actually mentioning that lifted my soul lol. Over here dough like that is just sold already made (in varying sizes) so i could actually try doing this since the filling seems easy enough hmmmm

I think it’s supposed to be more like a fleischkuechle given how Mondstat is very German in theme, however it was still fun to see your “Eula just got back from South America” styled take on it!
@@ChefMar flys-koosh-luh, yeah German has a bad habit of just mashing everything together and calling it good (both with vocabulary AND its cooking). It’s pretty simple, ground beef with salt and pepper and onion in a dough and fried. So it’s like a very very simplistic empanada really. All that said Im absolutely trying your beef stock infused dough next time I make mine!!
I was thinking something similar but more along the lines of a shortcrust pasty/pastry (british here lol) but that'd make sense too! no bashing to ChefMar ofc since his take on it looks absolutely lush regardless
@Thrown Gambit personally i think mondstat is a mash of european countries/cultures! just more heavily inspired by germany than anything else, but i definitely see what you mean there
I don't know but this dish is very similar with some traditional snack in my country.. But the difference is only in the size.. By the way thanks for another recipe again.. Edit : after researching there is another difference, in here we use dumpling skin (or whatever the name is).
Based of the ingredients used and the crimping i think this dish was based of an English Cornish Pasty rather than an empanada :P you might find the flavourings for that suited it more

Where im from, we call that "Empanada" and is something we eat all year around but mostly in september, for a espesific holyday, there are many tipes of "empanada" but the most popular is the "Empanada de pino", its like a national food, this "pino", the thing filling the "empanada", is meat whith onions, garlic, olive, a boiled egg and a bit of seasoning and is prepared like in this video. Anyway, when i saw the shape and how its made in the game i immediately thought: "Thats a empenada de pino!!" jajajaja

Grab a cup, make sure it’s microwave safe step 2.) grab a carton of milk step 3.) make sure the milk is still good, and if it is: pour the milk into the cup step 4.) put your cup of milk into the microwave for as long as you need to make it warm and it’s as easy as that.
It's a traditional English Pastey. It doesn't flout tradition at all. Workers used to bring these to work all the time. Well maybe it flouts tradition for an aristocrat to specialize in making a pastey.
