Love the dress. Know what you mean about The Child Called It (but I was interested enough to read his others and they are a bit more positive) and Iots of people love The Secret History, I did like it but wasn't blown away. I'd suggest reading something you know you'll love at the moment as part of self care - you can always come back to TSH at a later date
Hey! How are you doing? Oh thank you for the book advice. You're right I need to be making more sensible book choices because The Child Called It HAD ME FLOORED! But then I went on GoodReads and loads of people were saying it was made up?! I can't begin to imagine anyone would make that up. I only read it because I pledged to read 50 books this year and I needed a short one, that'll teach me 😝

Thank you lovely 🥰. I read Anne Franks diary as a kid, I imagine it hits VERY differently when you read it as an adult! X
