I like the Ducky x Varmilo keyboard because of the layout and colorway. I just wish there was an aluminum case option as well like the One 2 Mecha Mini.
Anne Pro 2 still the best 60% for me for a few reasons. Fully reprogrammable, two function layers, the tap layer and macros are all fantastic for my needs. I used to miss arrows, then for a while I used macros for various arrow commands, but then Obins did an update so you can use the tap layer with modifiers and now I don't even need macros. I use ctrl + left/right arrow all the time via tap layer. It's gotten to the point where I feel restricted when I use my 75%, because then I have to move more to use page up/down home/end which are all accessible without moving my hands on my AP2. As are volume up/down, pause, back/forward media controls, and my macro for capturing screenshots. I really love this thing. Great selection of switches too and makes a great basis for customising if that's your thing. Still recommended if you have practical, layout concerns.
I went for a Durgod Hades 68 with Gateron Yellows, Lubed them, and never looked back! Looks good, feels good, sounds good, is 65% with PBT keycaps out of the box and an aluminium case for the same price. I really can’t complain.

Ducky should try to make something like a one 2 "medium", the 75% is imo the best form and there isn't a lot of them in the market to just buy, it would allow people to actually see if it suits their preference
Agh i wanted one so bad, but only 6500 copies and other youtubers with like 50k views are reviewing it (which isnt bad) its just gonna be suuuper hard to get
This and the Drop Entr are proof that companies NEED to do market research and listen to their customers. The $100 price point is highly competitive and unless you're hitting the mark you're not going to compete. Lacking hotswap is a big killer and pretty much unacceptable at this point (unless you're getting something like a razer mini with its optical switches). Basically, there are far better boards out there for cheaper with more features and more customization options for those new to the mech game. The GK series from Epomaker comes to mind, alongside things like the Kemove. If you're cool with stepping it up more, the GMMK Pro from Glorious coming in January is pretty much king for performance to value. Not only that but Glorious just release the Model O wireless which is top tier wireless for half the cost ofLlogitech and Razers flagships. I've got a Viper Ultimate I love but I gotta be honest Glorious is pretty much destroying the peripheral market and it's damn good for us consumers.

I have both the One 2 mini and the Varmilo MIYA (the Moonlight edition), and it feels MILES better quality-wise than the Ducky. The thing I really like abour it is that the PCB is not fixed to the case at all and resting on a thick foam pad, dampening the sound like crazy. My MIYA does not have retooled switches, but it damn sound like a reetooled keyboard (I have MX Black on this, what a breeze for typing, works fine for gaming) I kept the ducky for gaming though, the smaller forme factor is more in line with my very low-sensitivity-throwing-the-mouse-around-all-the-time playstyle
The fact that companies like ducky and Anne aren’t making hot swappable keyboards is disappointing. Especially seeing what the gmmk by glorious has to offer
I would love the Ducky One 2 Mini but I don't like how much pressure you have to put on the keyboard for it to actually be a keyboard. The amount of pressure you have to use to push a key isn't the best in my opinion. It feels weird. It's kind of like the type of pressure you'd need to press a Dell Membrane Keyboard key.
Yeah the one 2 mini did great things but with the market the way it is, anything resembling a base one 2 mini like this is just ultimately basic now compared to what you can build or just flat out buy at that price point, even a little more or less.
I wish they would make new ducky one 2 sf with the more standard keycaps, to be able to pair with hyper x white pudding. That would be the dream sweet spot 👌
If you want a one 2 mini, this is def the one to get. I have the red one and I love it, but he is for sure telling the truth here. You won't be disappointed though with a ducky ever. I have a whole hyper x setup from mouse pad to microphone so it all matches. So def go for it if you like it. This will also sell out, so be fast.

They’re not like fully shine through but the legends do illuminate. Works great in low light, really subtle effect.
