0:00-0:03, CBS uses the iconic (no offense to Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay) 1973 “CBS Special Presentation” logo (with “Call to Danger” by Morton Stevens playing in the background) for the last time!
in the space of about a month i've gone from barely knowing anything about falsettos to be personally offended about barbara walsh's tony loss... the show was ROBBED.
I saw Crazy For You in the Summer of 1999 at Rainbow Stage (how has it not gotten a revival? I guess it would be up to the Gershwin Estate) man they zapped through the best musical categories fast now why did Glenn make that horse noise when introducing Alec Baldwin Ladies and Gentleman, Nathan Lane and Ernie Sabella's Lion King Audition (so I've heard) 1:12:27 boy was he ever right Gregory Hines was definitely gone too soon boy this show could have afforded a Time's up orchestra
Dear MissPoochSmooch, if possible, PLEASE re-upload the 1993 Tonys. Or, if you have a link to a downloadable file, could pass it along? There was a performance during that particular program I would love to have a copy of. Thank you kindly! :)
unfortunately I don't think this uploader is paying attention to their account anymore, I even checked the internet archives, nothing there. but if I've learned anything from all my years of being on youtube it's that copyright claims CAN expire and it'll eventually be viewable again, I mean hey why not the 2010 tony's was eventually viewable again
lol Falsettos was even robbed in 1992
