@@threeamigoshk thank you! hope you didn't mind my shameless plug of the leica vid trying guerrilla marketing tactics. Btw my dream is to have a universal full frame digi back for all my 35mm slr cams to test out light leaks and shutter speeds y'know. Must be nice having that digi back to see if old hassy stuff is in line
@nicklopro haha definitely not. The digi back isn't perfect ( lack of IBIS) at longer shutter speed isn't as great as say the x2d but man does it make it fun to use with film bodies and the xcd lenses. Highly recommend it :)
Hey looks like you adapted well to the wide aspect! I have a lot of trouble shooting square aspect on my yashicamat 124g. I like the idea of cropping in camera because its a self imposed limitation hopefully sparking creativity.
thank you! I do think I could have done better though 100% with you the imposed "limitation" does spark a different perspective of things and that to me was a big take away.
I have been working with the Hasselblad X-Pan (45 and 90 mm lenses) for several year. In the film days, it was a great and unique experience ... and I now use the 907x 100c with XCD 25mm f/2.5 in X-Pan mode. The latter option if far better in all respects.
Yes! Mix and match film and digi gear!
Reason why I love the 907x 😁 By the way big fan of your content!

This is great to hear! With the 25v in Xpan mode it must be amazing, specially how well the 25v handles distortions!
I want to buy that camera just for the xpan mode.
I believe x2d also has xpan mode but shooting with the 907x is just so nostalgic 🤩
