After last year's popular 30 minute stretching routine, we have made a shorter, 10 minute version that you can use before matches or training! A bit quicker, this routine will get you ready before your warm up, and help you be in peak movement for your games!

Yeah I’ve realised I needed a good stretch routine. I’m a decent keeper but recently noticed It takes me awhile to get up to speed when playing which can be costly at times

Thanks for the vid! Found out I’m as flexible as the broom in the corner of my room.
Some of these exercises seem impossible for me and would cause major injuries if I would do them. Will start with baby steps though!

It's tough to be a sub GK.. Try asking the coach what you need to work on in order to get an opportunity, and work on those areas. If they don't really give you any feedback, it might be time to try and look for somewhere else to play

Yo Conor I love ur vids with Kieran also do you have any tips for diving cause today when I was warming up I didn’t want to dive that much also I want to dive with my left but like I hold myself back from doing it
Thanks mate - do some drills where you start from kneeling, and get used to the diving movement & landing. Then you can slowly build up to standing, stepping into it, then pushing off!

I am amateur goalie here in Estonia, and recently am coming back from terrible knee injury (ACL, MCL, PCL, meniscus). I now have problems diving towards the repaired knee side, any tips on this?
Sorry to hear that mate, but glad you're making a recovery. Build up the technique again slowly; start with diving from your knees, and get used to the movement/fall. Slowly progress up to feet, and then finally to pushing into a takeoff. It takes time to build up the technique & the physical ability, so be patient with yourself

I have a question unrelated but I'd you don't mind awnsering it wether in a video or through comment section. I've heard that modern day goalkeepers should be good on their feet and so I was wondering is ball mastery drills or even just simple dribling drills are a good addition to one's training.
Ball mastery is always helpful, but the best thing is working on your first touch, pass selection & pass execution!

Can I do activation and mobility after this stretch or before?
I normally do these stretches before anything else!
What stretch I can do to get flexible to do a one v one spread save. Like the one that almost looks like your doing the splits
i looked it up on youtube a few years back there was this futsal tutorial as they do it alot so maybe look for somthing like that but genrally just get really flexible groin and hamstring then get into the position alot to get comfortable with it .
These stretches will help! This and the 30 min follow along video will really improve your spread saves

There's not much you can do really with regards to growing, unfortunately. Just make sure you eat well, drink well, and get the proper amounts of sleep!
