Amazing the information you provide 👏 i have been abusing my af16 elite with the polini 72cc. I never add oil to the gss tank but it feels too fast maybe lean. Thanks ill try this tonight .
Always suppose to add oil for 2 stroke. You need it to break in a new bore kit

I have the same carb just with a manual choke installed on and am having issues starting the bike. Its pretty cold where I live and so I was wondering when Its cold do you turn the fuel mix screw out or in to adjust for the temp?
Just play around with it, shouldn't make any difference though when it's cold and you're trying to start it. Are you sure your chock is working properly does it close all the way?
@@ProblemSolverGarage definitely gonna check, but there doesn’t seem to be any resistance when flicking it on and off.
@@ProblemSolverGarage also the “fuel mixture screw” is actually a air screw right? So since it’s colder out where I live I’d have to screw it inward for a more favorable rich condition.
Is the Honda dio carb bigger than the af16 elite carb?
The Japanese Honda dio’s and the Canadian Honda dio’s have bigger carbs than the American once. So depends on where yours came from
