I just got my zx pully for my Honda elite. And it seems like the molossi belt don’t go all the way in the pully as it should. And the belt came with the pully
You would also need to change your front variator to a zx, I explained in the video how it opens more, Also you would need a belt like in the video one of the two thicker ones, not to sure wich belt you have or what front Variator you have.
Also you need to extend your boss, also that’s explained in the video
I think I got it with the long belt, I have a zx boss and polloni variator. It seem to work better than stock to me. I don’t have it totally turned in yet
I installed a ncy rear pully it has better angle for the zx pully and I have the same clutch bell as you and the clutch bell and pully touch when I’m at full throttle cuz the pully opens too wide. It kinda sucks cuz the other than that it’s set up real well

I need help with my original Boss it won’t fit not sure if I installed wrong but it won’t go inside the variator. Seems to be too thick to go all the way inside the plate.

No not necessarily, I still have my electric start I’ve never had a kickstart on that bike it’s been missing since day one

Hey if it has the same motor than it should, I’ve heard a few people mention already if that motor is the same but I’ve never seen one or had one so I can’t guarantee it. just look closely at the two motors and see if they’re identical or not
forsure will work on your sym its a af18 af16 block basically people call them dio motors
на двигатель af24e там коленвал 14mm вариатор я ставил от suzuki lets фирмы koso он 95mm, на af18e коленвал 12mm, втулку от 12mm коленвала надо будет поставить и будет больше передача вариатора

@@user-ek5mc8zk8o Хлам а не дио у тебя стоят в гараже, у меня заряженый скутер и я показал что он есть. а у тебя только на словах четыре дио... и то которые походу даже 60 не едут)) если вообще заводятся)) про коленвал что на af18 12мм я знаю, а так же знаю что на af24 есть 12мм и 14мм, из трансмиссии у меня шкивы от зх установлены и запилены, притом запилены не как у всех и едет 80км/ч легко без замены редуктора, если поменяю редуктор поедет еще быстрее

Well unfortunately mine split in two, Even tried honde but nobody had the original transmission so this was my only option.
I got 25,000 km out of my original one, so I agree with you

@@nastynatesscooters9896 Just because it’s made by Honda, it’s better for reliability, Got almost 25 years out of it, performance wise the new one accelerates better and is faster though, and it’s good too
