It's kinda creepy that OUAT's Peter Pan is similar to the original Peter Pan. In the original story Peter killed the Lost Boys because they got older. OUAT's Peter Pan killed Felix (a Lost Boy) in the show. And I'm sure he would kill the other Lost Boys too. Peter never wants to get older. He also would kill his own son, grandson and great-grandson for his youth! This is absolutly scary. I almost would call him a psychopath. He doesn't feel any love to other ones, he is manipulative and smart, he plays "psycho games" with his victims to make them lose focus and control (Hook, Emma, Henry (his great-grandson), Rumple (Peter's son), Baelfire/Neal (his grandson) etc.). He only cares for himself and his youth. But it is interesting that OUAT used some similarities to the Original Story. (And I'm sorry for mistakes. English is not my mother language)

I would say he was intrigued by what they would do even though he knew they'd fail. Guess Pan has a knack for planning ahead but his curiosity and interest of challenge gets the better of him. He's helpful to a fault because he knows telling the truth would render those he warns of danger to ignore him. Like when you warn someone not to do something and they do it anyway because of pride. Plus I'd say killing them takes the fun out of his sick twisted games whenever he does find a person interesting. Pan is a very complex character because he has many layers.

I haven't fully watched the show but I think once you notice the way they look at each other (Peter and Killian) it's pretty obvious they've fucked at some point after that, especially when you notice the same thing in later scenes like when he offers him a deal. It's particularly evident that they have a more intimate past than explicitly shown when Peter decides to tell Killian that Neal is alive and just happens to be a little more angry/threatening than usual after watching Killian kiss some else, almost like a jealous ex lover. I'm just amazed that no one else seems to have noticed this lmao
