  • Here is part 2 of our series on Bulgarian Bag exercises for MMA Wrestling & Jiu Jitsu. In this video we bring you some drills, sequences and combinations as well as some individual exercises. The Bulgarian Bag has its roots deep in the grappling side of things and we expand on the possibilities here in Part 2.       ​@@unconventionalathletetv1009the best exercise you can do with a hidrocor is straight arm continuous circles full range of motion for time. You will find that your arms will get a full range of motion straight arms locked out as you do the circles . And because of the hydrocort is a pretty fast exercise you have to maintain a certain Temple

      No problem! You will get there, consistency! Build that cardio capacity , you CAN do this 👍

    5:46 water makes every movement unstable. Sometimes the water will favor one side of weight

      I think that’s an authentic Bulgarian bag, which is filled with packets of sand then wrapped in wool.

      Ahhh good idea. I currently don’t have a hydrocore but now I may have to head down south to San Diego and grab one from Maurizio to try

      @@unconventionalathletetv1009 make it weigh 80 pounds for all swings and shield cast side sings rotational swings you name it do halve that weight and build up to 60 and then just add oz to the system every now and then also add Listerine and alcohol to the bag just to sterilize the water

      Man that would be sick! All of these exercises would get an extra shot of instability and core
