Please how to work speed in boxing
I have a question coach: should I rest between each move (rest after completing 6 rep of each exercise) before moving to the next one or not? and if I rest, how many seconds of rest?

You should do 3-5 sets of each move with at least 30 seconds rest to make sure you can accelerate to your max speed. Stay Suples Strong!
