  • Here is a tutorial on 4 basic Bulgarian Bag Exercises we use in our "Groundwork" program.

    You can also use a 4 year old in place of the bag. It also keeps them entertained and out of trouble.

    This is a fantastic instructional video!
    Probably the best I've seen.
    I wish you had one for the Suples Ball. I just got a 9 pounder but think I should start with a Bulgarian Bag. Have you tried the Suples Ball?

    I am 85kg 180cm tall, I bought a 22kg sand bag, I think it's too heavy for me😂

      Bende de 22kg lık BB var.. Her hareketi malesef yapamıyorsun çok ağır.
