@@Product_snob first major discipline i followed was time restricted eating or intermittent fasting, 8 hour eating window & 16 hour fasting window everyday for months. Then I followed Dr Bergs keto plan for beginners which cut carbs significantly from my diet. I saw massive weight loss in 2-3 months but your mileage may vary.

I’ve been fasting for 2 months now & went from 4 meals a day to one & a half. My A1C was 10 & now it’s 7.2 went from 315lbs to 270lbs I use to take 6 pills now I only take 1. Blood sugar ranges from 75 to 103 before I eat. Fasting has done wonders for me as I encourage everyone to try it only for type 2 diabetics only can try fasting & get a CGM(continuous glucose monitor) to keep track of your glucose throughout the day

Sir I was diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, And osteoarthritis in 2017 I did the keto and this particular diet cause diabetes to fluctuate causing All the above to get worse, I saw one of your videos on the 14-day detox and I detox for 14 days then I saw a video with Dr McDougall on the rice diet started the rice diet with high carbs potatoes, fruits and vegetables eliminating meat and dairy from my diet, diabetes went from 6.1 to 5.0, blood pressure went to 117 / 77, cholesterol normal and I lost 27 lb in 2 months, And I eat rice or potatoes everyday with vegetable and two fruit and my body weight is constantly going lower and lower so what you're saying may work for some but I know that the rice diet high carb potatoes works for me and I have none of the above and I feel great, I can say this doctor Bobby watching your videos got me started I've been on vegan diet for over 7 months now with most of my diet being rice and potatoes and I do just well Thank you Dr Bobby for your love for people and what you... do...

You know why , because a diet high in fat (ultra processed food, meat, dairy)cause diabetes ...my understanding is that the cells are full of fat and the glucose cant get in the cells to stop the production of insulin , so the pancreas dumps more and more insulin out and overtime cause insulin resistance that leads to diabetes ...

There are soooo many free resources to find out a million delicious ways to eat whole food plant based out there. First one is Peak sweet tea zero sugar. I does not have any form of sugar like sucalose that’s sweetener but it does have a black tea extract. I have drank many times and it has never spike my glucose. The second drink is Pepsi zero sugar that’s is safe to drink. Aspartame is the replacement for sweetener. This also does not spike your glucose. I’m sharing this for you and anyone else who might feel like there’s nothing for them to drink but just water. But, I also do drink more water. I only drink this when I need a break from water.

Whole plant foods that work for you. Take time to introduce foods slowly, especially ones you have not had in a while, or ever. For example, here's what i ate today: (all organic if i could find it and afford it, especially apples and things you eat the skin of) 3 apples, 2 oranges, 125 grams of Tempeh, 3 slices of homemade wholewheat bread, a brazil nut. Some oatmeal using rye flakes, spelt flakes, and oats, with chia and flax seeds, walnuts, mejool dates, cinnamon, cloves, soy milk, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. sauteed purple cabbage and broccoli, red onion, cherry tomatoes, some cucumber, a handful of pumpkin seeds, a tofu scramble with veggies, mushrooms, mexican style spices, salsa, a sweet potato, a small handful of raw almonds. A homemade granola bar with a tiny bit of maple syrup, a couple of spoonfuls of vegan nut-based yogurt, water, a cup of black coffee, herbal teas, a banana, a carrot, some black sesame seeds, some homemade queso sauce made with cashews and spices. Hope some of that helps.

What can we eat that taste good? That takes the place of these things and satisfy cravings for these. I do not eat a lot of sweets or dairy. But I love pasta and rice. Im pre-diabetic and insulin resistant.

If I could tell my sister to just not go get a burger. She is not heavy frame she is small frame and diabetic. She is doing better, but not completely doesn't like dark greens for salad she does put vinegar on salad. And lots more water at her appointment was too dehydrated to draw blood. 😮 She is drinking more water. I know we all have to do better. Thank you Dr Bobby.

We are not supposed to be eating refined carbs like pasta, pizza, white rice, and whatnot
Refined means processed, which means everything that was good in it was taken out to make it last longer.
Do we really need to remove dairy from our diets though?
With fruit the fiber is slowly broken down and that sugar attached to the fiber breaks down slowly as well.

Did you guys know Popeyes, KFC, Chinese Restaurants cooking oil can be used as Biodiesel Fuel for cars and trucks? Used cooking oil can be recycled into biodiesel fuel. The process involves converting that burnt cooking oil into an alternative oil that works well in diesel engines. Biodiesel is a renewable energy source and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. After they process it and refine it, they can use it in vehicles.
Straight Vegetable Oil (SVO): Their are some car enthusiasts who converts their vehicles to run on straight vegetable oil. They just filter and refine used cooking oil and use directly as fuel. However, it’s essential to note that this practice is not universally legal according to The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) raw vegetable oil or recycled greases (waste cooking oil) that haven’t been processed into esters or biodiesel oils are not registered for legal use. But imagine the toxicity of that cooking oil (toxic waste) going through your veins everyday. Imagine the affects on the brain, the intestines, the heart and liver? Even a healthy oil like Olive Oil 🫒 can become carcinogenic after cooking it past its smoke point 😳
