+Furča Sierra I feel you. Btw stay tuned to this channel, going to be making a video about ideas for a potential sequel with art drawn by yours truly! And don't worry the art isn't going to be awful, I go to a design school lol.
+Browntable I also thought this was fantastic best film of 2016 and I saw a lot of films that year. I was so surprised and ever since it came out, i,'ve been following this reading everything I can about it and I just love everything about it. the characters, the animation, the deep and important messages, the fantastic world created and music everything was great loved this film.
I've seen it four times, and I'm seeing it again this weekend... Yeah, kinda obsessed. I'm even admin of a Zootopia fan forum. Never thought I'd get so obsessed over a Disney film.
I'm a fan of Disney movies but like all of them I watch I only watch once every year or something. But I never thought a Disney film like zootopia would make me want to watch it over and over and over again. It's crazy, I love the fandom, I'm not a furry, but this movie is the best Disney movie I've ever seen and I can't wait for the sequel and your fan film sequel of course :). If the sequel is just as good as the first one then that should give the directors to make it into a franchise in which I hope they do! I believe Disney should make comics or a tv show or both to keep us busy for the sequel.
I thought I was being pretty ridiculous because when I first saw the trailer of Zootopia one month ago I couldn't wait to see it! I was counting the days!:D I became obsessed only by the trailer because I knew it was going to be AMAZING! Some of my friends told me that I was a little crazy because the were like "how can you become obsessed only by a trailer? You haven't even seen it yet!" And I started to believe them but somewhere in my head I knew that I wasn't wrong and that this movie was going to be the most amazing one of Disney! I TOTALLY had the same reaction as you! After watching the movie and walked out of theater the first thing I was ONLY thinking of was when I would have the golden change to see it for 100 times more! I've never been so excited about a movie before! Not even Frozen! I didn't like it and to say the truth I didn't like it at all. I never joined in the club of those people who loved Frozen from the first minute it was announced :P but I was so right about Zootopia! And after watching it I completely started to ignore my friends who told me I was crazy, because like Nick says "Never let them see that they get to you..." so he was right as well!:D I am so happy that I'm not the only one who had a reaction like this! So happy to discover another person that liked Zootopia as much as me xD I hope you can reply to this and sorry but the excitement got the best of me. By the way do you mind if I ask you something about Nick and Judy's relationship? I guess you can already imagine what I'm going to ask you about them can't you? It's the only thing we've all been since these two met...
+Sarahgirl367 I think not wanting them to be together would be like saying not wanting Mulder and Scully to be together, from the X-Files. It'd be an interesting relationship and stay tuned to this channel because in a few days I'll be posting a video about ideas for the sequel! :D
I actually agree with you 100%, Browntable. I saw Zootopia at the cinemas, and I was amazed. The only thing involving this movie I really hate is that many other people judge it and refuse to see it because they think this movie is a prevalence to the furry fandom, which it's not. If someone says that, well that's no excuse. On the case of furries, I don't understand why so many people have so much hatred towards them. I'm no furry myself, but I know about the fandom. One of my oldest and dearest friends is a furry, and he's a great guy. I've even meet other furries, and I saw nothing bad about them or the fandom. It just shows that it's not what you are that matters, it's who you are. It makes me feel sick that people would hate such people just because they like something, without any very good reason to hate them. There are a lot of bad things being said about furries, but none of it's true. And yes, I know about furries making porn of fictional animal characters from animated shows and movies, but if you think about it, people make porn of anything these days. It's the same as someone looking up porn of Star Wars, and then judging Star Wars is bad. See what I mean?
+Raptormon “Raptormon132” OneThreeTwo Completely agree. Great movie, and yes furries are hated for some odd reason. I like to joke around that I'm now a furry with my friends because I love this movie (I'm not, obviously) but I secretly don't like being identified even in a joke as a furry due to how much negativity is drawn towards them. it's actually kind of sad to think that because that means that people look at furries in a bad light and it shouldn't be that way. But that's just my take.
I agree with the furrys despite the fact that I do not know any and neither am I, but the same problem is seen in Donald Trump's criticism of Mexicans (to be specific), You cannot judge a town or a group of people without even knowing closely what people are and do for their people (I am Mexican in case you were asked XD). It is like when buying food, the fact that one is expired, or goes wrong, does not mean that everyone at the counter is; it is the same in society. And another thing is racism, I am a person of color, but I use that characteristic to make use of humor about racism; I'm not saying I approve of racism, I'm just saying that the type of society I am in, (not being mostly racist) you can use somewhat sensitive topics to make use of humor (black xdxdxd). And in the same way I would like to correct a comment on this same video; The police in Mexico are not hated, they have only acquired a bad reputation because of the corruption that exists in it, like the government, and so on.
Well, most furries are known for doing weird stuff about, furries of course. But not all furries are like that, so I still don't get why to throw hate at them without even knowing them
It's so interesting to see how your perception of Bogo shaped his character development in Return to Zootopia. In RtZ, he's seen as somewhat of a secondary villain, who attempts to halt the efforts of the protaganists. I never thought of him that way at all! I saw him as a good man -er, buffalo- simply doing his job. It's quite fascinating to see how that initial difference in perception changed the way he was adapted in Return to Zootopia, very interesting indeed
in my opinion, the Movie propably wasnt mainly directed towards kids. you can see it with the drug scene and the breaking bad reference very well. it seems more that they have tried to make a kid friendly adult movie, not saying they censored things that need to be censored for that but they have made a solid movie that is fun for kids to watch while also telling a story that adults understand and can relate with, maybe even some younger tenagers too i can see why my a friend of mine, who goes tot he army went to the cinema to watch it 5 times, may be a lil much but i can see why he wouldn and i can fully understand it, i mean i wanted to see more of it myself after i watched it
After watching return to zootopia 100 times in a row without sleeping, im now watching from the very first video on zootopia to the director commentary video, goodspeed!
+Kylo Ren Lol I thought the fact that it looked like the meth lab from breaking bad was enough but they actually went all out with it. Names and everything. Awesome easter egg
SP246 Oh lol it's on hold. I have a lot to do and I just don't have time. It'll be out eventually. Especially since I have a voice actor attached to it.
The cuts are immense :) I have watched the movie and I agree with everything you said, the movie was one of the most realistic animated movies at its core. It does have issues the world is dealing with today, I like how it's not a kid's movie since the trailers really made it seem like that was the case. The detective theme is top notch as well as the plot etc. I do prefer Deadpool over this though. But, speaking of animated movies overall alike, this movie was a good one. I gave it a 4.85 stars.
+Williamcost I like your way of thinking. You're very right. I just thought this movie was better than Deadpool because Deadpool had slight pacing issues, underdeveloped villains with unclear motivations and were basically just there for Deadpool to kill. The movie also didn't really have a message or a moral or a call to action that I think every 5 star movie should have. Still a great movie though, but that's why I didn't give it 5 out of 5.
+Browntable OK, I liked Ajax personally and even though he isn't the best villain, I liked him more in the flashbacks than when Deadpool was Deadpool. But, I guess we all have our opinions. This movie was great (Zootopia) and well paced. I might've liked Deadpool since he's Deadpool and it might just be my comic book fanboy speaking though both movies were good and I hope there's sequels to both (even though it was confirmed Deadpool has a sequel, just waiting for Zootopia's one).
Williamcost Lol I feel you ,I'm seriously anticipating Deadpool 2 and hope Zootopia gets a sequel as well, not a tv show like Big Hero 6 is getting, damn it.
Hey, it's me again :D ... I really liked this video. You found the right words to discribe this movie! Even without spoilering. And I totally agree in your 5 Star ranking! I would give the movie 6 out of 5 Stars :D I've seen many reviews till now, about Zootopia, but almost none of them could talk about it like you did. I'm kinda impressed ... I watched it two times yet and it doesn't matter how often I watch(ed) it, it's just getting better (though I'm finding more mistakes but this won't kill my love for the movie :D) ........................................ Question: Why does your camera do this slow-mo effect sometimes?
I wish you could review Coraline which is another beautiful movie but lost the Oscars to Zootopia (which i absolutely adore), but the animation is stellar and the story is so different. It is from Laika Studios. Oh how i wish you'd still see this comment even if it's 3 years late.
+Nandana Kurniawan I have a lot of stuff in my schedule including Zootopia 2 fan film so that's not on my priority list but I'll do it eventually. Thanks for reminding me :)
Hey Browntable it's me spidey boy tell me and do you reccomend me and us all to watch this movie I just find Judy attractive somehow but not captivating but yeah that is that and is it really that good dude
+Casual Gamer Well I can tell you the movie's great. I especially enjoyed it that's why I gave it the highest rating I can give it. Everyone is honestly loving this movie I believe it has 98% Rotten Tomatoes rating which is insanely high. I recommend it highly. I also can't help you on the Judy part.
+Browntable I know you can't help me with that cause she's not that intimidating as I told you baddie oh and also 98% IS IMPOSSIBLE WHAT WHAT WHAT NOT EVEN GOTG OR THE AVENGERS GOT THAT HIGH HOW BRO HOW MAN
+iCosm1c Pretty sure it was left ambiguous at the end of the movie. But I realized that throughout the movie there are certain things they say to each other that can be considered flirting. The scene where Judy is crying and then they hug literally looks like they're a couple. They say they love each other at the end, but I don't know. I know I'd be surprised if there's a sequel and they weren't a couple, that's all I can say.
+iCosm1c I was actually thinking about this for a while after the movie. I was thinking everything from character growth to sequels, and I was thinking what themes could the sequel have and one of the things that popped into my mind was what if the two protagonists actually begin falling in love with each other. The amount of tension and confusion between their friends as well as family members (Judy's parents) could cause serious rifts and that was something I thought could be explored. Similar to this movie, it'd be interesting to see how other animals can see how this wouldn't work from every standpoint, especially a biological one (obviously). It could be a sequel that (again like this one) delve into racism and have homophobic undertones but those undertones in the movie is about an inter-species relationship. It'd be cool if they make a sequel (which they probably will), if the next mystery or crime becomes a side story and the relationship takes center stage. But that's just one of my crazy ideas lol :P
+Team Tri-Star Stuff You should it's pretty damn good. Best movie I've seen this year so far hands down. Serious Academy Award contender for Best Animated Movie Of The Year.
Have you seen the second version of zootopia?...where Nick is the protagonist...Iiked that version because of how dark it was.with the shock collars etc...
Zootopia is my favorite, it has changed my life. The characters are so connected to me that I cried several times, for real
same here and I still do!
frozen *no*,
big hero six *yes*,
zootobia *OMG YES*

True
Yeah frozen is just bad, and the sequel is bad.

I watched zootopia 3 times yesterday it's my favorite movie ever enjoyable for both adults and kids and has very important messages inside of it
I actually agree with you 100%, Browntable.

In the jumpscare 2 little kids started crying...
I felt so bad for laughing 😂
This movie was fucking mind blowing. I knew it would be good but OMG I was blown away.

I have to say one single thing:
this movie is changed my entire life.
I saw Jurassic World was composed by him. No one will best John Williams though heheheheh.
I liked the Breaking Bad reference xD
+Kylo Ren Lol I thought the fact that it looked like the meth lab from breaking bad was enough but they actually went all out with it. Names and everything. Awesome easter egg
Browntable I laughed quietly because not everyone would get that reference
I know right.
My dad freaked out cause he loves that show.
Woah. This channel has grown so much from then. I love zootopia
You need more views! You deserve them!
I was waiting a Geofrey appearing like "oh yeah the animals rules"
And if its weird a rabbit wishing be a cop, in Mexico its imposible
