My blood pressure went from 110/60 to 150/85 after a couple days of high dose ibuprofen taken for a tooth ache. Getting a root canal done today. I’m need to get off it asap.
I have severe pain from cavity and dentist said don't take ibuprofen so he gave me hydrocodone, it works but I ran out and pain is severe, so I took 600mg Ibuprofen and pain is instantly gone and swelling is gone, WOW, Blood pressure was 150/99 with pain but after taking ibuprofen blood pressure is 130/80 and I feel relaxed what the no pain, wanna sleep like a baby
I'm 24 and have taken ibuprofen almost daily for years. I also have been diagnosed extreamly high blood pressure.. Is it possible to stop taking ibuprofen all together as well as exercise, and live healthier in general to reverse my blood pressure and get it back to normal? Or is high blood pressure something that once it's high it's pretty much always high? Btw my BP readings are usually somewhere around 150/100?
Your hbo could be from your pain, and that's why you're taking medicine in the first place! Ibuprofen will instantly stop pain and blood pressure will drop!
What do you suggest we take for pain . I have arthritis in my neck and shoulder :( 55 yrs of age

How much higher does it make your blood pressure when taking iprophene?

I take adalat 30 for high blood pressure. What is a good pain reliever that wont affect my condition
I took a pill that was 200mg ibprophen and 500mg paracetamol and now my throat is fucked and hurts
