Very, very interesting. Of course, I follow both channels. I spent something like 7 months in Argentina and Uruguay, solving the mess of being a widower. But on July 2nd I came to this marvelous place that Josh & Kalie showed me in Coimbra to become an "older adult" of 72. I already spotted a gym near the Coimbra stadium, I'm loosing muscle mass, & my goal for 2026 is calisthenics. 2023 started in Funchal for me, and so will 2025. I have a question: if you talk about "the second half of life", I think that means 130 & beyond for me, right? 🤣
