She had a hit in the UK with All Over The World (Dan le Monde Entier) in 1966, and I think could have had a big international career if she hadn't been such a shy, home loving woman. I could advise you to listen to Mon amie la rose but the most important is the strengh of the lyrics in this song but anyway listen to "L' amour en privé" written by Serge Gainsbourg. The music is amazing.

Loved Francoise Hardy since I saw her in concert in the 1960s. She had a hit in the UK with All Over The World (Dan le Monde Entier) in 1966, and I think could have had a big international career if she hadn't been such a shy, home loving woman.
