- I ended up booking a 20 dollar Airbnb in a very run-down part of Cairo. I don't recommend anyone staying here, unless you thoroughly enjoy the smell of fresh horse and camel poop while having your morning coffee.

Looks like very quiet neighborhood. I used to live in cairo and it was extremely busy and loud. I hated it 😆

I think this area is near to the Pyramids
Yes, I later found out that this is the area where a lot of the workers at the pyramids stay. That’s why there are so many camels. There are much nicer areas to stay if you’re visiting the pyramids though 👍
