Been looking at this bike for a while now and watching your video makes me want it even more. Excellent editing mate and awesome music so chilling works great in the video! It’s great watching someone be as one with the bike they ride it’s like your a part of the bike. You definitely have a new sub 💯💯💯
thanks 360 for your Awesome comment and sub i got you covered as well ,stay tuned enduro tires fitted and heavy tubes and cockpit upgrades bars clutch perch levers grips and cnc cycra probends ,
Adventure Moto Enduro looking forward to seeing more just wish I had some of them trails and beautiful places you ride here 😞. Oh well at least your videos give us the feel of being there
Nice ride footage - you look right at home of your T7 - pleasant background music as well - much thanks!
cheers happy new year
4 ktm fanboys don't like it ,great video really shows what the bike can do A+ I SUBBED
i am ktm fanboy. I like it and this vid, Daves a good bloke. keen to ride with him again in the future.
THIS IS THE LANDCRUISER OF THE DUAL SPORT ADVENTURE BIKES TODAY....ONE OF A KIND! YAMAHA WAS RIGHT TO WAIT ALL THAT TIME TO RELEASE IT! SIMPLE, HONEST, CAPABLE, TOUGH, COMFORTABLE...AN ALL ROUNDER.
No need to YELL 🤦♂️😅
Awesome ride, awesome places to ride...with nice video of! Very happy to see that it lives up to expectation! Cheers!
Best ride on T7 video. Watched it twice !
thanks buddy glade you like it merry xmas
fast forward close to TWO AND A HALF YEARS and this bike is STILL a unicorn ....around here anyway
Can't stop watching your vids mate, great music choice and obviously bike choice 😉. I'll be getting my t7 after this isolation passes and you're making me keen as ever
oh yeh thanks man ,its damn good that T7 ,i even rode 2klm single walking trail fully loaded with camp gear out to robinson gorge ,the other boys were not to keen to take it on , was damn hot 35c
great bike
@@AdventureMotoEnduro lol they can't compete with how nimble the T7 is I guess 😉. What tyres are you running by the way? Also what spring did you get for the rear to make it stiffer?
@@ridethatslapthat 8.0kg rear spring revlaved both ends ,better oil . i was running tractionator adv on rear and rallz front ,still got same front ,but with narrow rim on rear i see how this 130 80 18 dunlop 606 goes
@@AdventureMotoEnduro I'll have to do that when I get mine, I ride a lot more off road than road. Did you also do the front forks? I'm a pretty big guys 6ft2 103kg so stock suspensions usually too soft for my size.
@@ridethatslapthat no i had forks revalved firmer for high speed hits left stock springs thay are pretty firm already stock at 058 ,put little preload on them as i am 75kg geared up ,but with stock rear spring at 6.95kg its not enough when you have gear tools tubes backpack ect ect ,so i set them up 10- 15kg over rider weight for 2 day rides ,then use clickers and spring preload knob to crank it up for camping trips luggage at 15-25kg , then back it all off to 0 zero preload ,you want a spring on rear that will give you correct rider sag with 0 or little preload on shock spring preload adjuster ,when your geared up and got tools tubes air pump water on board ,leave it to the experts but at 103kg your going to need springs front and rear, talk to nick at technicks suspension he has springs
Who needs traction control and rider modes, when you have rider skills.
exactly ,its scary fast down a dirt road or nice flowing trail i can tell you that after today with proper offroad tires now on it , as it pulls and puts power down butter smooth it just takes off the corners come up fast on you , but them stoppers work grate
when you get tired and distracted but still would rather not die?? Just thinkin....maybe?
Good stuff AME! Looks, sounds and goes awesome- enjoy 👍 PS- Great edit too.
thanks mate ,it's everything i have ever dreamed of for last 10 years in a mid size adv bike ,like a modern day ktm 640 adventure without the vibration
Mate that was bloody epic definitely keen to get one now. Thanks heaps for the vids mate 👍🏻👍🏻
no worries more to come , merry xmas get yah order in quick or you miss out
Nice edit, nice riding! Hoping for more wheelies in the next one ;)
yep got offroad enduro tires on it now ,hook up better on dirt thanks !
Brilliant edit mate. Glad you are enjoying the bike. I loved trying to pick all of the spots you were riding.
thanks joe ,going places on this 100%
Nice video AME and thanks for taking us along on Your precious. Allways interesting to see each others surroundings, looked like fun tracks.
Thanks Mattias glad you enjoyed the ride ,more to come just getting it setup , first service completed with offroad enduro tires heavy tubes was out to day testing it on dirt roads lots of fun drifting through the corners ,
@@AdventureMotoEnduro subscribed and look fwd to see what comes up.
After having the last one, all I asked yam for was a little more power and slightly better suspension.
I didn't want extra weight or electronics.
Well done yam for listening.
congrtz on the 1000subs long time coming but well deserved.! Glad your enjoying the new Tenere and will hopefully look forward to watching the adventures you'll hopefully get upto on her fella
cheers oldshiny ,you always comment when i put effort in .thanks
@@AdventureMotoEnduro your welcome fella credit were credit is due keep up the good work and effort
Hey mate. Nice vid. Bought a monster couple years ago to get back into riding and as much as I luv it I really need to get into adv riding. Will be making a call tomorrow to see when I can test ride T7👍.... by the way absolutely luv ur reply to some of the comments on here😂👍 safe travels
Great video. Your doing all the type of riding I will be doing on mine when I get it hopefully in the next few days in Victoria.
yep should do high country just fine if you give it the respect in deserves being 200kg wet
Excellent mate! The Unicorn indeed... next year for me, only 10 grand when it finally arrives in the States. The "bike fund" is growing!
thanks Jeremy yes the wait was good in that respect gave me time to put the funds a side ,even better when bike meets or exceeds expectations after the long wait ,worth the wait 100%
@@AdventureMotoEnduro I've ridden those beautiful Gympie area trails on a XR250, (use to live in Noosa) That Tenere 700 seem the ultimate step up for this type of riding.... true adventure without the weight, vibration and with heaps of grunt. How was it on the couple of single tracks you took it on? Limited by tires?
@@jeremyslade7839 yep you will love it ,very nimble steering nice ergos sweet motor
I have 6kkm on my T7 & agree, this is great bike ;)
yep thanks that it is
good ride good vibe! good job lil adam riemann
harhar thanks mate
That was great man I really enjoy it.keep it up
So good, so beautiful! Keep them coming! =)
cheers mark ,yep hope it cools down a tad ,extreme heat atm ,bush fires not looking good till we get rain , but i do my best , plenty of ride videos coming ,not gunna get me off this bike once it cools down
@@AdventureMotoEnduro dear god, i have - 12 C on the street. =))
Ride safe brother, i've subscribed, gonna wait till the next one! =)
Most UA-cam reviewers behave as if this is an inferior bike. I mean cmon 99% riders won't be able to even get the max out of this bike. Why they behave as if they're Dakar riders is beyond me.
Yes very nice bike love it !
rum runner approves ,might have to get one ,:)
Nice bike and vid mate.
thanks mate
This bloke can ride
Awesome video yet again! I’m based on the Sunny Coast and love the tracks around here. I know the T7 is awesome on dirt however is it comfortable enough to ride a full day in sealed roads? have you taken a pillion on the back yet as my daughters enjoy going with me and just wanted to know what it’s like 2-up.
Keep up the awesome riding and vids 👍
Thanks mate ,i think it is ,, no i have not ,,, however you can buy option soft gell seat for passenger , look up sunshine coast motorcycle seats for softer option if need ,
We will have to have a UNICORN off mate!! T7 VS 790EXC! Great Vid!
cheers man for sure , suspension upgrades it will be close
790exc hehe love it
@@AdventureMotoEnduro I love the big fat thing!
@@ktmkall9812 its a good thing no doubt with that suspension and low CG . .fat bikes are fun i cant wait to test the rallyZ tires ,and wind clickers back in for some jumps start testing it off road ,stock tires were not very confident inspiring on the dirt
@@AdventureMotoEnduro I am running the motoz rallyz tyres on the 790. They transformed the bike in the dirt. The stock karoo 3 on the front had shockingly poor holding ability on loose dry surfaces.
The way you should ride the T7. Good music too!
good choice of music - nice vid
cheers bro
I like how you show the ranger more then a 6 inch lift at 4:00 . DJI mavic mini hey! I've only heard that the suspension is a little soft for a hard rider like yourself ,
other then that it is a brilliant bike. Cheers
yep thanks Tex some basic revalving slow it down hold it up sort it out ,in the new year will sort it out got some nice factory KYB forks here doing nothing they might end up on it
@@AdventureMotoEnduro sounds good
Awesome!
The other side is 'MY' Pocket Dam :)
harhar yeh not good a naming places
Good stuff 👍
thanks bro
Hello,super moto,like
THANK YOU SIR
Nice bike, once I get new tyres on my Africa twin we should go for a run, definitely got to adjust riding style slightly for the bigger bikes!
yeh no worries , you in my group on facebook ? i post up when i am heading out ,bit more stuff to do mount gps ect ect but yeh keen , tires going on today and heavy tubes ,
Adventure Moto Enduro to easy I will fb!
@@djr60 yep i added you ,
keep in touch , will do a few day rides or multi day rides pub stay
Have around 1.5 hours of road riding to get to the bush, currently ride a Dr650, hate the vibrations, only having 5 gears so not so good at cruising, definitely don’t ride as hard or as good as you off road, my height is 5,8 don’t want a bid ADV bike what do you think is this the one for me.
Nice places you visited on your bike. In my country is not legal to drive any engine vehicule in the forest, is it legal in your country (Australia?)? :)
yes registered moto and 4wd are in most parts allowed ,thank you ,
Cool vid. How long have you had your bike for? I didn't even see one in the country yet.
picked it up last thursday ordered in march ,Qld got first shipment unloaded at bris ship must of sailed down from tip through coral sea to port melbourn last , bris then sydne first ,, thanks mate
Awesome video, I look forward to your next one! How do you find the suspension for some of the faster offroad riding you were doing in this video?
i need more time to get a feel and play with clickers but so far ok for dirt roads and mild enduro flowing trails , on the soft clicker setting , feels much better on small chop crank up the clickers it just gets harsh over small chop, forks are junk only thing i hate about the bike ,ok for general ADV dirt roads , no good for big jumping till revalved and correct springs ,
@@AdventureMotoEnduro hahahaha I was worried you would say that. Is the rear shock usable or will you swap that too?
@@nickdzw good tuner will get shock to work make sure they have a shock dyno ,,shock feels soft but valving and re springing shock no big deal ,not sure wasting 2k on ohlins shock is really needed ,rather spend that on improving forks with cartridge kit or fork swap
@@nickdzw my suspension guy is adamant he can make the stock forks work with dyno time springs and few parts valving ect ect ,not sure if i wanta spend money on them or just do a conversion to kyb Aos ,and lose abs and one disc and steering lock
Great and comprehensive video! This rarely happens! I would like to ask why, against the background of your channel, the Tenere 700 motorcycle? Thanks!
I want to go explore my country deeped from home on a bike reliable and stable at speed on dirt and desert trails
@@AdventureMotoEnduro I think he was created for this! I am also interested in this, but they do not sell it in our country. Good luck to you!
@@user-nz6fy1kk2n yes should be a good travel bike can cover a lot of ground fast. stay tuned ,more to come next year as it cools down i can head deeper into heart of the outback ,
@@AdventureMotoEnduro OK, we will wait!
ktm riders are going to hate you .they hate theT7 as i have found out . dont no why. good vid keep it up.
yeh think they are jealous of the T7 aggressive rally inspired design ,clay carved by master italian design craftsman ,
thank you
I own a KTM EXC 250TPI, a T7, a GSA, ... They are all good at some aspects. T7 is nothing special, not an enduro bike, not a good traveling bike. It is all a compromise. If one good rider rides a bike like hell, it doesn't tell much about the bike, but about the rider.
@@motolover5697 i ride wr250f mt10sp and a T7. and have rode adventure bikes before, do think the T7 is a good all round bike that will get you to places that some adventure bikes wont. merry xmas from all in wales uk. rider makes a big difference,
@@motolover5697 depends what country you are in but them big Adv bikes like gs`1200 are no good in Australia for outback travel ,most go out there write the bike off before even making it to birdsville pub ,and get airlifted out ,bull dust or dip in the road its all over red rover ,say good by to your big heap of shit as it barrel rolls down the road
How does the screen adjuster kit works against wind noise? I think the original setup is pretty loud from 100km/h+...
yeah 2inch up its alot better for my head height and helmet less buffering wind noise , it makes the screen adjustable up and down 5 inches
@@AdventureMotoEnduro what's your size? I'm 1.85m... Maybe a adjustable spoiler lip will bring an improvement too. Normally the noises increases because of the underpressure behind a steep wind shield.
@@Max-dj5qj 179cm ,and using AGV AX -9 with peak at lowest setting ,yeh true its very steep, i went with the ajustable so you can lower it in the bush trails more air on your chest .then raise it for the road ,just simple thumb twist knobs
Looks like any other travel enduro in that class, what's so special about this one? besides price ?
its good looks ,reliability , simplicity ,proven peach motor ,lightest in its class ,great handling on or off road ,i guess you really need to test ride one to understand just how sweet it is ,
@@AdventureMotoEnduro I did, felt very top heavy compared to 790R that has same mass with more fuel. Also the suspension could be better. T700 is solid bike but definatelly not an unicorn.
@@dexio85 its is for me the unicorn do it all desert open road fire trails single trails it can get you out the desert and home trouble free ,unlike the 790r were old mate in big bike adventures videos buys a old ute off a farmer in butt fuck out back australia to get his beloved 790r home after it wouldn't start .and air filter was full of dust ,foot pegs mounted to engine we see engine cases busted open yeh no thanks not paying 5k more ugly pig ,the t7 is more like old school back to basics 640adv now in twentieth century smoother more reliable ,790r just a duke with off road suspension no off road bikes have pegs mounted to engine case
What a awesome bike...
You still got the ktm mate?
oh yeh still got the 500exc with factory kyb forks and setup dyno rear shock ,its dialed in for fast flow enduro no hurry to sell yet
@@AdventureMotoEnduro Hey mate I also have a 500 and i'm looking at the T7 as maybe my next bike, or maybe second bike. How do you find the power compare to the EXC?? I'm sure you are aware of how spoil we are with the EXC in the dirt, that said, do you think it could be a only, unicorn type bike, and replace the EXC if no really hardcore fast pace enduro are done? Thx!
@@phil2ride312 for me it will never replace a 500 enduro race bike for rocky steep country and general hauling butt through flowing bush trails,,, its 100kg more that 100kg makes it very stable on road its has lots of power the t700 for open road sit on 130klm all day down a dirt road , your not getting blown around like the skinny bikes from passing trucks ,although i don't see me riding the 500 for a while till i have my fun on this i still have the 500exc ,, but if i don't end up riding it too much i will sell it ,for me this is a Adventure bike i can go anywhere on in comfort you can ride from home down the highway over the border and explore dirt roads fire trails small country towns ,i am overriding same local trails ,gets boring after 10 years i want go see the country outback Australia i turned 50 this year so it was time for a fat bike that feels light and is manageable solo i can pick it up get me out west and home safe if you want more off road capability more enduro roots in tougher terrain steep rocky country the ktm 690 be more suited and closer to the 500 for 1 or 2 day rides .the t700 i could spend a week on traveling outback roads in comfort
good vid mate. i pick mine up in march, just ready for winter. outback for the break in. what happened to the pro taper. from an enduro background i would have to have a bar pad...
video was shot over a week i had it on just for one ride ,,i will bolt a gps there rather than up above the display i like it closer and blocks vision to much mounted up there , ,its now had full cockpit upgrade ,using all protaper gear ,bars clutch perch grips ,,stock tires replaced with enduro tires ,thicker mitchy tubes ,its lots of fun offroad on the dirt now at 28psi using enduro tires RallyZ tires non radial on the rear which means 140/80/18,
thanks mate. looking foward to an updated vid. hoping to get mine into s.e.asia. for a couple of years looking around. cheers from brisbane. be good to see you ride with the mary valley boys and girl...
@@ronsmith5648 lol yeh cheers mery xmas i am not mad mick lol, dont wanna bash it around to much ,i didnt buy for that gnarly stuff ,thats why i keeped the 500exc i got nothing to prove this is my first big bike ,,, bar weight just went back on had to tap M16x1.5 thread into protapers ,wanta retain some onroad comfort
@@AdventureMotoEnduro mmmmm i was hoping the t7 would be a lot easier to throw around than the at. guess i will have to start with the cardio. bugger,,,
@@ronsmith5648 Yah its is a lot easier , mick said his trading AT for one ,so i guess will see him smashing it through single trails and up rocky shit hills
Sick video! How’s the weight of the T700 vs 500exc?
its got 100kg on the 500exc but its manageable its not as tall as people think with stock seat ,feels light off road bit like a xr650r with no vibration ,its like a modern day twenty first century ktm 640 adventure without the vibrating LC4 and oil leaks and other issues , smooth as silk
best thing you can do till you get a test ride on this bike go test ride a mt-07 ho high output and tell me that motor is not a peach ,
Sick! I should get a test ride on one next month 🤞🏾
