I am watching this video from the bondage of self and using the video to try and get out of the bondage of self. The words in the video do not convince me that I am not the bondage of self because it is deeply attached to the stomach pain so what I am not is hearing it. Isn't that a common pitfall of watching the 10,000th edition of these videos?
I understand what you mean, but Non duality doesn' negate the body or our perception if it, this message is the possibility to realise in wich way "I" become the place ( or prospective) from were we "start" usually.
It is just an invitation to go forward in the direction of the source of this "I"...cause the real "start" is before "I".
.nothing is nedeed just a moment, a very little "pause" before "I".
it seems another concept but if you feel a resonance, despite your pain, follow it, and you'll find by your self why it is so precious, it change completely your relation with your self, even if all around remain the same. Paul is so clear to indicate this process, more I listen him and more it resonate so strong, it is unbelievable!!
