1103 kg is the weight without no person inside. 1510 it's with full load

1103kg weight of the empty car + 407kg max load = 1510kg max total weight

Yeah, the gross weight is just the most the car is allowed to weigh with passengers, luggage etc. The curb/unloaded weight is 1100kg.
