    Body hair is there to trap bacteria to protect you from it entering areas it shouldn't be in. Don't feel forced to remove it. Just make sure to clean well.

      Where is the bacteria entering through the armpits?

    • @melhg7739
      @melhg7739 6 днів тому

      @@rereraira4863there's something called pores, it's in all of your skin. And also body hair is made for protection, not only bacteria but also something as inevitable as friction (skin rubbing with more skin or any other material) and prevents skin damage by that friction that will lean to irritation or worse, dark spots and trying to get rid of dark spots caused by friction with chemicals or more rubbing (exfoliating) will get it even worse

    moroccan shower tip from a fellow tunisian : make sure to steam or soak your body (safely) in hot or warm water before using the kessa. it helps making the process way easier and faster, it should be the first step in the shower before any exfoliating or using any body wash or u can just do it after washing your hair❤
    Reminder : you should not include this technique in your every day shower.

    3:34 as a moroccan for the kessa there are different „hardness“ levels to it. Some have softer fabric others have very hard almost stone like (there are also stones that have the same purpose) so dont just get one, try different ones and see which one works the best for you!

    выглядит интересно, но для этого нужны деньги и ванна, а мы с родителями живём за городом и наши фильтры просто не справляются с водой из скважины. по этой же причине у нас не работает посудомойка, а волосы мы моем питьевой водой которую покупаем в трёх больших бутылях в магазине: вода перенасыщена железом и если её набрать в стакан, через полчаса она желтеет + металлический вкус. вода очень жесткая и у меня из-за этого довольно грубая кожа (особенно ладони, потому что я постоянно мою дома посуду...). как бы, стараюсь конечно постоянно кремом мазаться, но не всегда он есть дома и не всегда есть на него деньги.
    ну и без дезодоранта я тупо не вывезу, потому что, почему-то, у меня ппц какое сильное потоотделение. в общем, не азиатка я, к сожалению. летом из-за этого мне кстати приходится раза на 3-4 в душ ходить, потому что я просто лужицей растекаюсь под вентилятором со стаканом ледяного кваса и умираю медленно и мучительно (+30 градусов слишком сильно для меня. особенно когда вообще ветра нет. хотя вроде в Сибири живу и в детстве в это время могла по участку дачному гулять, пока бабушка с дедушкой спали. но, скорее всего, это потому что я была ребёнком допубертатным)...
    а вобще, про ароматы было интересно послушать, думаю, полезно)

    Your diet can affect your body odor too. Including specific health conditions and hormones. And body odor is nothing to be ashamed of, cause it’s natural and everyone’s body odor will be different. You put a bunch of products on your skin and call it personal hygiene, it is, but what about the fact that your health can simply control your body odor too?

      Carry antibacterial wipes in your bag and wipe the sweat away before it starts smelling, also use glycolic acid the night before and wear breathable fabrics. I hope this helps 🙏🤍✨

    • @BeautyTheoryOfficial
      @BeautyTheoryOfficial  Місяць тому +1

      Ensure your skin is free of soap and conditioner. Exfoliate after taking a warm shower and try to dry your skin with a towel. You don’t need to scrub hard or see skin coming off-you’re still exfoliating 💖 I hope this helps 🤍

    Question, when do you stop to exfoliating? Like when theres no more dead skin?

    • @BeautyTheoryOfficial
      @BeautyTheoryOfficial  2 місяці тому +1

      You can go up to 3-4 times over one area but immediately stop when it becomes red or starts hurting/burning. If you do it on a regular basis (1-2x a week) you don't have to go multiple times over the same area. Hope this helps 💖

    • @SuriOrtiz-pc1co
      @SuriOrtiz-pc1co 2 місяці тому +2

      Exfoliating actually helps a lot with your body acne, because it lets your skin absorb more of your product, helps it heal faster and removes any dead skin and bacteria that could cause the acne, hope this helps

    • @Momo-xm1nx
      @Momo-xm1nx Місяць тому

      If you have super sensitive skin (like me) you do not want to be applying this many fragrances. Depending on the type of acne, you do not want to over exfoliate either.

    major misinfo at 3:02 , hammam is a turkish tradition, and the exfoliator is called "kese" please at least google to fact check before spreading information about traditions. i know this isn't the point of the video but i felt the need to point it out

    • @BeautyTheoryOfficial
      @BeautyTheoryOfficial  2 місяці тому +10

      I appreciate your comment 💖 but I wouldn’t call it "major misinfo." The hammam tradition is shared across many cultures. While the Turkish hammam uses the "kese" for exfoliation, the Moroccan version involves black soap and steaming. Both have unique elements but share common roots in the region's bathing traditions. Thanks for pointing it out! 🤍
