I love to se you build, you are a professor of building and I love to seeing your skills in wiring, and painting. Always love to see your building videos, keep up your amazing work. And I’m looking forward to se the build of the scania. Martin from Sweden
😮 OMG Teri!!! Where to begin...
TRAILER BRAKES!!! I was actually trying to engineer some Servo operated Brakes, to hold the Trailer fast, for perfect coupling....
That's BRILLIANT!!!! 😊 Wish I could afford a couple...
The micro servo Shifter.... I've got 3. ADVICE: DO NOT use the crappy servo that comes with it. The first time that clutch dogs bounce back whilst shifting... the servo gears will be thrashed!! Spend a couple of quid on MG90 metal geared micro servos. You'll thank me!
The bracket itself works great, and frees up a lot of room up front! (Which for me will go a gear reduction unit!)
THAT WIRE STRIPPER!!!! I must have one! Again, can't afford even the cheapest items for the foreseeable future 😢😢😢
You got Beier!!! I'll be anxiously waiting to see how you get that working. You will likely figure out what I can't so far... ANY questions, email me.
And a STACK OF SCANIAS!!!! I'd LOVE to have one.... Again, no money. 💔😭😭😭😭😭
Enjoy your new toys!!
Thats a lot of nice stuff, the trailer axle looks great and for a descent price too. Really love the stacks of Scanias, im a bit tempted to get one but not in stock here yet.
Dortmund and Freidrichshaven really are terrific shows, love those axles, I also saw that RC Hobbies dk have the same without the brakes, they look and feel really good engineered parts, without brakes was 41 euro, a good price I think.. And as you say the guys are really helpful, I bought a full hydraulic system a few shows ago.. They have great stuff.. I stocked up on 2 & 3 mm hardware, ready for my next scratch build.. Look forward to all your vids
I'd recommend RC Hobbies to anyone. Those guys were on top of their game and very helpful... I'm now thinking of coming to a few more big shows in Europe.
@@TeriWilde Agree about RC Hobbies, great stuff great guys, just call them for help/info. Regarding other shows, if you have not been to Faszinationmodellbau in Friedrichsahafen in November then it is worth the journey, and a nice area on lake Constance, plus the Zeppelin museum nearby and a blimp does trips from the Airfield next to the exhibion halls, which is where they do the major outdoor flying from, jets and all sorts, a great show, there's a free bus from the station to the halls, and a good hotel at the station also, and ZF the RC axle/engineering people are nearby.. Enjoy
Nice axle, nice price, looks quality 👍
Teri, I'd be very interested if you happen to have one of those Scania's going spare. Let me know Teri 👍
That's where all the Scania kits went at the show 😂
I only had 2 from the show.
@Teri Wilde Ah okay 👍
Awesome
Glad you had a good time and returned safely. Would these hex adapters let me put a front wheel on a Tamiya truck in place of the front double drive wheels on a scania truck. Most of the trucks that pass my house have only one double wheel at the rear? If you understand this ?
I know what you mean. Most euro trucks have a single wheel in the midlift axle, The front wheel on a tamiya is a bearing wheel, so these hex adapters wouldn't work.
@@TeriWilde is there a way yo put on front wheels on that axle. Just for
Oops. Doesn’t matter if it is powered or not
Teri that looks like a great trailer axle I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a few of them ,do you have a link from the sellers site
I got it from these guys... rchobbytrucks.dk/
it's a brand new product and I got it from their trade stand at Intermodellbau... send them a message, they're very helpful guys there.
@@TeriWilde thanks for the link I will take a look and send them a message, I'd have one of those Scania,s of you if one was wanting a new home but I'd have to sell a couple of trucks I'm building at the moment
If you have got one of those Scania's going spare, let me know Teri, I'll be very interested 👍
