    Serves 4: 🍽️🍽️🍽️🍽️
    Calories & Macros 📊
    Per Meal: 495 calories
    50g P | 68g C | 3g F
    Popcorn Chicken
    - 800g chicken breast (I get mine from @musclefooduk use code PANACEA!)
    - tbsp black pepper
    - 20ml soy sauce
    - 1 egg
    - 40g cornflour/cornstarch
    Airfry 200°C for 10-12 minutes
    Oven Bake 220°C for 15-18 minutes (typo in video timings)
    Korean Glaze
    - 60ml soy sauce
    - 80ml water
    - 2 tbsp low cal ketchup (brand: Heinz 50% less)
    - 3 tbsp gochujang paste (found is most supermarkets)
    - 2 tbsp rice vinegar
    - 2 tbsp honey
    - 30g brown stevia (brand: pure via)
    Sweet Sticky Rice
    - 200g uncooked sticky rice (brand: Tesco)
    - 3 tbsp rice vinegar
    - tbsp sweetener
    - Salt to taste
    Cook to instructions then allow to cool for 10 minutes before adding 3 tbsp of rice vinegar, a tbsp of sweetener and salt to taste, mix again
    Garnishes
    - Chopped green onions (green parts)
    - Sesame seeds
    Storage & Heating ♨️
    - Store for up to 5 days in the fridge
    - To reheat, add a tsp of water and microwave for 3 minutes partially covered, once heated through mix well and enjoy!

      @@amaan1549Humans make language, so subsequently language changes and the proper usage between “x and me” and “x and I” has been lost among the mainstream for years now. So yeah, you could use both and practically no one would bat an eye - but if you can phrase things undeniably correct (in this case “x and I”), why not do so, yk?

    Tip if you’re already using honey you don’t need to use another sugar substitute like stevia. Just use a bit more honey.

      Stevia has far less calories. Honey is no substitution for sugar. It’s literally sugar. And stevia on the other hand is a substitution.

    I made it with 1kg of chicken and I think the soy is too much, maybe half that and like 2 quarter the sugar and honey, but it was a banging meal thank you for the recipe, added to my gym prep

    We did this, true to your directions. The chicken was SO WET that we needed way more than 40g of cornflour. When we put it in the oven, cos it was wet, it took longer to crisp up and so the chicken was stupidly dry.
    It’s a MAJOR FAIL.

      @@threechanttt I tried it with 800grams. but you're gonna need alot more cornflour then. Or use less/no egg. Would probably try leaving out 3/4 or the whole egg next time I try.

      I did this but they did not look brown and crispy at all. White, floury, and soft but they were at least fully cooked.

    Just made this, the chicken failed because I think we overcoated with cornflour but having it with rice and spicy mayo on top made it taste a bit better

      Same charli, I might've undercoated my batch (I airfried). Not sure how to nail the crust properly and evenly. Not sure if coating by hand would be better or overkill

    I’d recommend cooking the chicken stove top in a pan because it gets more crispy

      It turned out really yummy

    korean popcorn chicken 50 g protein and 495 calories. (this makes 4 servings)
    The Chicken: (800g) dice into cubes, add black pepper (looked like 1 TBSP) , (quarter cup) soy sauce, 1 egg, mix until fully coated.
    40 g corn flour. add chicken, shake container until fully coated.
    place in air fryer or in oven, single layer,
    oven: 210 C for 10-14 mins.
    Air fry: 200 C for 10 to 12 mins.
    The sauce / glaze:
    60 ml soy sauce
    80 ml water.
    2 TBSP low cal ketchup
    3 TBSP gochujang paste
    2 TBSP rice vinegar
    2 TBSP honey
    30 g brown stevia
    Stir until it gets thicker and then add chicken, stir until fully coated on chicken.

    Not being mean here, but that entire container has more like 800 calories total, with the rice. If the chicken wasn’t candy coated sure.
