Tip if you’re already using honey you don’t need to use another sugar substitute like stevia. Just use a bit more honey.
Stevia has far less calories. Honey is no substitution for sugar. It’s literally sugar. And stevia on the other hand is a substitution.

Made this, fucking awesome recipe. Although I had to cook the chicken a little longer since I didn't have a rack to put the chicken on. Still great 👍
I need to do this
I think I made the sause a little too thick, but it came out tasting amazing.
How long can you store this? just in the Fridge or can you put it in in the Freezer? and just slap it in the oven for reheating or what?
Wonderful! Super happy its a gluten free recipe. How do you like rice flour?
Man’s got the hexclad
Looks good but the typical me be swapping the rice for steamed vegs ;)

High protein chicken😋😋
Sticky rice recipe?
I dont have an air fryer. What is an another healthy way to cook the chicken?
Give it a spray with what?
I have a doubt can we make this recipe without the rice vinegar and the brown stevia ? I can’t find them near my home
does it have to be corn flour or any flour
Looks tasty... just one thing bugs me? Why use stevia when you add honey and half a bucket of rice? :D
So I can just put this in the fridge and how many days will it be okay ?
How I do that with the calories
Are those calories including the rice? If so, how much rice?
I’d honestly omit the egg
Can i also throw in some protein powder in there
Give it a spray with what!?!??!
Cornflower or cornstarch? That looked more like cornstarch to me
American/British english, it should be cornstarch in American and cornflour in British
Does the macros include the rice?
I did the math but I also don't know the calories for setiva brown sugar. With regular brown sugar the calories listed don't include the rice
How much gram chicken did you take, i made the recipee the quantity of sauces felt too much, for the amount of chicken i had taked, please mention the grams of chicken you have taken, so that i can reduce the sauce quantity propotionally
im getting a lot of calorie-food shorts recently- I dont need any more calories, youtube. i got more than i need, thank you.
I want chicken popcorn bebi
Looks great. Unfortunately will never be "crispy" outside of when you first make it.
Is 1 meal 50g or is all three of those meals 50g?
I eat it everyday
😋😋😋😋
If i had one dollar for every air fryer recipee i'd already have enough to buy myself the most luxurious one.
Looks so good! Do you have a link for a recipe?
It’s amazing!🔥Full recipes are on my instagram @panaceapalm 🫶🏽
Thanks gng
Any alternatives to eggs? One of my family members is allergic to eggs.
I don't know about the ketchup part but other than that it looks good
Whats the spray?
Avocado oil
Honestly just use sugar stevia gives u the runs
Not being mean here, but that entire container has more like 800 calories total, with the rice. If the chicken wasn’t candy coated sure.
