Being the only person in my hand made business, making everything that I sell and having a full-time day job, it is a little scary to think about what might happen if my business took off.
On one hand, I don't want to wallow in mediocrity but at the same time, I couldn't handle say, 100 orders a month. I know I can recruit help, i.e. employees, but I really have to ask myself if I want to pursue that kind of volume.
You gave some great advice but it really made me think about where I want to go with my business. I'm looking to retire in a couple years and would love for this little side business to help with our income and keep me busy. What I'm not envisioning is being overwhelmed and having to work by tail off when I'm supposed to be retired.
Maybe I need a video on how to maintain consistent low sales on Etsy. Lol
