Your videos are always excellent information and very informative. It seems that there is a big movement towards email marketing and Etsy right now. I love the ways in which you emphasize that sending emails through your Etsy site is still a sort of "dead end" and taking the path to an actual website should always be a goal in small business. Great information!

Thank you Kylee, I would love to see Etsy give their sellers more freedom with the email marketing options on their platform, BUT I also get it... if I were them... I would keep those addresses to myself!

Thank you for your information. I have Aweber integrated with my main Etsy shop. I have places for customers to sign up on my Shopify, but they don’t capture email addresses like they do on Etsy. At this time, most of my sales are from Etsy. I’d like to improve email marketing from my Shopify, but I’m not sure what to do. I don’t want to have to email marketing lists stomper different providers. I did that once. Any ideas?

Be careful with Aweber, they might integrate, but you still have to follow Etsy's T&Cs meaning you can't send promotional emails to those customers.
From Etsy's Privacy Policy: "For example, you may receive a buyer’s email address or other information as a result of entering into a transaction with that buyer. This information may only be used for Etsy-related communications or for Etsy-facilitated transactions."
Why do you mean by "email marketing lists stomper different providers"?
