In a interview, Blake Lively demonstrated the epitome of mean-spirited behavior, more accurately described as the actions of a "mean woman." During the exchange, Lively essentially insinuates that the interviewer is overweight, which is particularly appalling given that the interviewer was simply congratulating her on her pregnancy. The video, now going viral, shows the interviewer offering a polite compliment and extending congratulations to Lively. In response, Lively retorts with a sarcastic "congratulations on your bump," clearly implying the interviewer is pregnant, despite it being evident that she is not.
I heard that this movie is based on the book. The book is usually better than the movie. All this drama is a turn off. I think i will just read the book.
So glad to see Justin discussing the movie and the issues involved, so clearly and eloquently, during his press interviews. And, while I think it's shameful that he's not been included in the group interviews with other cast members, I suspect he's quite relieved not to be part of the 'wear your florals' nonsense.
Why do I feel like this was a highly influenced feminist type movie where the men just had to be like her lady dog if you know what I mean, can’t believe he’s the director sounds like Blake was
It sounds like Blake was quite challenging to work with, given how much she influenced various aspects of the movie. From the wardrobe design to the music, and even having her husband write scenes, it seems like she had a lot of control over the creative process.
Shame on the other actors tho too. He puts you in his movie and this is how you repay him. Unless he did something really awful why isn't anyone having anything to do with him? Even the author she sold him the rights to the book, now she never mentions him.
actors need to understand. the director gets the final say. thats it. whether its a man or woman director doesnt matter, and then you have people like blake
I honestly can´t believe that they would not get along. They both seem to have good values and their heart at the right place. They should be best friends!
Blake Lively fan here and have never heard of Justin before this or seen anything he's in. Hear me out here. Blake didn't even read the book. She only read the script. There is so much more context to the story in the book that she is missing out on. Her overcontrolling Virgo nature took over the entire project from the wardrobe choices to the cheesy marketing and to producing/overstepping into directing scenes. Yeah, the director, Justin, and producer Blake clashed over creative differences because Blake didn't read the book and had a different vision from the cliff notes she was given of the character. Her husband got involved to rewrite a scene that they both couldn't agree on is my takeaway from this. The cheesy tone deaf press promotions for the movie, the immaturity from the whole cast, and the lack of self-awareness lost me as a fan of Blake.
Anyone who understand Narcissistic personality disorder would see what’s going on here. It’s likely BL has told lies about Justin to the other cast members to turn them against him
No. She's been married once and for many years and all her/their children are with same man! She loves her husband and children and sincerely just want's to provide for them as well. She played a role/character and pregnant with fourth child while 'promoting' but I think she's been focusing wholeheartedly on thing's before promotion of the movie. DV doesn't apply to her in real life and she has three plus one on the way which understand would be one with and thinking about. I think there's things blown out of proportion for no reason at all!
Blake saying things about her husband being all over the movie, no one knows he wrote the scene, etc…she ensured a song was left in, etc, she never gives others credit for anything, she comes across arrogant, lack of self awareness, etc. Ryan Reynolds has changed over the years. There are some interviews where he can’t stop dropping the f word, nasty to reporters, etc. This Justin Baldoni appears to be handling everything with such class.
I think people are already tired of Blake’s unnecessary drama queen hijacking of this movie release and will not see the film. With a producer credit, I would think Blake should have had a box office performance bonus. If the ticket sales are a certain target and above, she gets a percentage. It doesn’t seem so since shosabotaging the movie box office sales.
If only BL had some sense to be little respectful of the seriousness of DV and promoted any one of the organizations that help this issue instead of promoting her brand; RR and BL would have been the loved and admired so much they could have been the new “old Hollywood” it couple. Literally she can promote her hairline after two months. It would still sell regardless. Rihanna is selling products without album or movie because she has gained admiration from people. BL can literally now pledge ten percent of sales to DV surviver help group. It just shows how delusional one have to be to out of your way to do these insanely damaging things to your career.
Loved Blake before. I also love the book before it became a movie. But the way Blake is using the movie as a platform for her personal business and not speaking about the real issue… meh. Girl bye
About the Deadpool and Wolverine editor. Blake didn’t like Justin cut of the film, the way he and his editor put it together. So she brought in the Deadpool and wolverines COMEDY editor to edit it. Both editors played there cuts of the film and Justin NONE COMEDY edit won.
I think she made it very clear that it really is her husband’s movie and she actually did have control of many things. When building a house, it is their house and they wanted to build it their way. However, she needs to get rid of the word “like” from her vocabulary. It makes her sound like a teenager so it’s hard to take her seriously when she talks. She seems a bit reckless with confidence when she speaks. As though she doesn’t think before speaking. The whole bestie girlfriend thing seems immature as well. I still love her and look forward to seeing her in more movies. Justin is not a victim in anyway here and to me comes off a bit creepy. He seems to be acting in the interview where she is really being her authentic self. It may not be her best self but it is authentic.
I still don't see any drama with all the clips you've shown. Blake didn't dodge any questions. She was respectful and insightful. Justin praised Blake. What straws are people grabbing at for content?
The rape of my soul is ceaseless and impossible to run from, it goes with me everywhere. I am trapped in hell Aching and dying for Bryan and the illusions he provided. I could weep and wail forever and ever for how much I ache for him and miss the fantasy we shared.
Man do i wish all of these would've surfaced before the premiere, specially if it's lively's cut the one that got released, $100M is not worth for a movie that got highjacked and totally missed the point
Lovely’s cut and Justin cut were both shown to focus groups and everyone blasted Blake’s version and liked Justin. Obviously. So Justin’s version is what got released. Apparently Blake’s had jokes in it and was more rom-com-like which is inappropriate and tone deaf
@@Elleffe ok that's good, a bit of a relief, but Justin still got screwed over and now that it made so much money a sequel is most likely happening, but without him, that is not fair. With all this surfacing I just hope she gets canceled and cut out of any future projects

Okay but 7:12 why does Justin Baldoni say he doesn’t understand how to experience “a woman” ??? He literally has a wife!! Emily Baldoni. They’ve been married for decades. Like what ?
Just for the record, JB knows he’s following a PR script. It does not come across as sincere in my opinion. He has no choice, but I think we can all see the compliments towards BL are not heartfelt. This is for sure PR management and damage control. I don’t fault him though.

During the exchange, Lively essentially insinuates that the interviewer is overweight, which is particularly appalling given that the interviewer was simply congratulating her on her pregnancy.
If based on the book and interested then should see it.
From what i know, theyre not even friends with her ex-co actor Leighton Meester in Gossip Girl
Blake seem to be a little mean!
I will watch the movie to support Justin.
I watched 10 minutes and no explanation was given just clips
What about people who just go to see the movie and like the movie not involved in any of this media?
Anyone who understand Narcissistic personality disorder would see what’s going on here. It’s likely BL has told lies about Justin to the other cast members to turn them against him
Blake its new JL
💯
At least JL have talent
Who's JL
Something gross is going on with this dynamic and i don't know who's at fair but i do know Blake's runway looks are S-Tier 😅
Have you seen the Kjersti Flaa interview yet? 😬😬😬
@@TheKatarinaGiselleLet me guess, you trolled for Depp too
@@PeaceIsWork huh? Not sure what that means tbh. I just got a Sloan video talking about it and started searching for the original interview.
Team Justin Baldoni
Keep cancelling. She's a mean girl. Her acting was just okay..
How can someone "so involved" in production be sabatoging their film now?
Blake saying things about her husband being all over the movie, no one knows he wrote the scene, etc…she ensured a song was left in, etc, she never gives others credit for anything, she comes across arrogant, lack of self awareness, etc. Ryan Reynolds has changed over the years. There are some interviews where he can’t stop dropping the f word, nasty to reporters, etc. This Justin Baldoni appears to be handling everything with such class.
my husband is all over this movie 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
At least Justin should have had one person who is with him in the cast amidst all these feuds , it's so sad
Justin seems like a class act to me. Blake is more popular than him tho so I’m not surprised she was able to turn the cast members against him.
This sounds like some basic petty Hollywood publicity drama to me to be honest with you!
Girl bye
They both are taking this movie way too seriously. It was an ok lifetime movie at best
Please watch the movie. No matter who's side you're on, they will both be affected if we don't show up for them.
That’s shows how much Blake Lively cares about DV and the people that experience DV. She sees it as comedy it’s a joke to her and her team.
You mad at me? I guess so! I told You what was happening! 😂😂😂
Justin seems very professional and kind . Blake has proven herself to be a very entitled, shallow, out of touch, narcissistic, toxic cruel person
Looks like Justin is bullying by Blake!
Team Justin all the way
I still don't see any drama with all the clips you've shown. Blake didn't dodge any questions. She was respectful and insightful. Justin praised Blake. What straws are people grabbing at for content?
We don't find out why Atlas and Lily were no longer together. That's a big fault in the movie.
The rape of my soul is ceaseless and impossible to run from, it goes with me everywhere. I am trapped in hell
Aching and dying for Bryan and the illusions he provided. I could weep and wail forever and ever for how much I ache for him and miss the fantasy we shared.
Blake Lively is a powerhouse of an actor? This is only the 2nd movie I have ever seen her in.
Can’t wait to see it:)💜
Blake Lively jumped on the bullying of Catherine, Princess of Wales. I can't forgive you for that. You owe her an apology.
@Elleffe hmmm - I also heard that Justin's cut was better received, by far - but that Blake's cut is what was released. Someone who was part of the focus group went to the movie & was shocked that is was not the better cut that they'd voted for.
I am so upset about all of this . I was anticipating this movie which I did see and read the book. I went into it looking at the domestic violence situation. I don’t understand why with all the world crisis, political crisis and hate in this world we can’t enjoy the hard work by all to make this movie. It SUCKS
Most people go see a movie to watch the movie and like it or not like. I've watched some movies I enjoyed to learn was criticized but was very good to me the same as a movie I liked not criticized. I haven't seen this movie yet but not turned off in anyway to not see it.
Blake was also an intimacy coordinator🥺
Where did you see this? - Blake asks?😮 She didn’t know she was caught directing Justin how he should handle these intimate scenes. Surprised Blake you caught doing your, ‘The Blake Show’ 🙄
