Not only was Blake's comment extremely rude and uncalled for, her blatantly ignoring the interviewer for the next two-three minutes was insufferable and made it feel so awkward.

It’s very common for people who have been bullied or excluded to feel embarrassment or shame but please remember the shame is 100% on the person doing the bullying. Blake should be the one feeling embarrassment and shame. That isn’t your baggage to take on. ❤

@@starwood213 Do you really believe that this interviewer knew nothing about Blake's current movie and just happened to post an eight year old interview at a time when literally everyone is calling out Blake for her bad behavior surrounding this movie? I don't even follow Blake Lively and I can't get away from the drama surrounding this movie. The interviewer did a horrible job. She sat there wringing her hands while those two women completely ignored her and now she passive-aggressively gets even by posting that old interview. Blake and Posey were the ultimate mean girls but so are plenty of Hollywood people and interviewer should have been prepared for it and diffused it.
They were both so condescending and rude to you! You have nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed of. I'm so curious what really goes on behind the scenes and what interviewers really see and experience with celebs. Lively's ego needs to be taken down a few notches.

I think she’s both people she portrays; sweet and confident when she’s comfortable and offensive when she’s out of her comfort zone or environment (she’s VERY comfortable around Ryan and her family and friends but seems insecure elsewhere) not making an excuse for her, just acknowledging that we can all be different people. Doesn’t mean she doesn’t need to address this issue within herself and be a better person and apologize.

As an adult returning to college for nursing school and surrounded by classmates fresh out of high school, I recognize girls like Blake Lively immediately now. I've been in that interviewer's position before and see it between my classmates even now. When i was younger, I would've thought "wait are they being mean or am I just overthinking? What did I do?" But now I'm older and I recognize the cattiness and passive aggression as classic bullying. I experienced the exact same thing myself just a few months ago from my younger classmates and these are girls who claim they want to be nurses to help people yet they would exclude and ignore their colleagues...
lol those are the women who become complete bishes and install rage against their patients. They are definitely not nurse material.
Be careful..sadly the nursing world is full of these kinds of people. My son works as a CNA while also in nursing school. He sees right through this behavior as well.
I went to nursing school years ago and only finished three semesters and experienced the same in my class! It was also very competitive and they would freeze you out if you didn’t join all of their parties! Even high school was a better experience for me and I never experienced anything like it again

Kjersti, thank you so much for being brave enough to share this video. I had a job in NYC for many years and had to deal with celebrities on a daily basis. There were so many of them that treated me and my coworkers like trash. It was so demeaning, they tried their best to humiliate us. But then people like Al Pacino, Meryl Streep, Harvey Keitel and Daniel Day-Lewis were the loveliness people I ever met. Some people just have no class and this is a perfect example of 2 that are classless!

And comparing it with ScarJo interviews, wherein ScarJo was asked below the belt questions like if she wore underwear underneath her Black Widow costume, ScarJo pointed-out immediately what's wrong and just laughed about it - even answered the sexist questions head on (though with funny, polite, loud sarcastic responses).
However, Kjersti's intro and questions were not disrespectful IMO, and Blake should have answered politely, even though Blake became upset. Or Blake should have just pointed out to Kjersti that her query was upsetting. But no, Blake responded back by brutally shaming her. Plus Blake's icy responses to her follow-up questions were downright rude and extra mean. I was a fan of Blake's as I think she's talented. But now, I'm not sure.
At this point, if Blake is still unapologetic, she should own that "mean girl" persona. So, I think this is the beginning of her downfall.

I saw your interview and I have to be honest, it was truly triggering. This gave me "mean/bully girls in high school" ptds. And knowing it was a grown ass adult behaving like that, and also one that is considered to be an "icon" for so many people, it made me very upset. It really was a very strange behaviour. You have nothing to be ashamed of, girl. You asked the right questions.
Here’s why you shouldn’t comment on a woman’s bump: it opens up to larger questions, judgement questions, about a woman and her relationship with her body, her parenting, issues she may be having with her pregnancy. A pregnant woman will be asked how many months along is she, that she is big for her term or small for her term, is working too hard, or should be getting more exercise, should be eating more or eating less. Being pregnant is a sensitive time for your identity, issues with how you see yourself as a parent, a woman, fluctuating hormones. We are forgetting she is pregnant here and sometimes when you are pregnant, you are trigged by seemingly small things. You aren’t your normal self, and may be more sensitive to innocent comments. Either way, it’s ridiculous that the world is having a conversation about the worth of Blake Lively who is an actor and not a martyr and who was rude but not criminal. What is ridiculous is how the interviewer is elevating herself to the stance of a martyr. It was a bad 5 minutes. Had Flaa posted this without any bait or context no one would have thought anything of it. Imagine that. The power of a sensational headline broadcast to an audience that can be critical but not critically analyze

Lively and the other woman were horrible, disrespectful, rude and obviously haven’t grown up from Junior High School! No apology could make up for the deplorable behavior! This is what unstable narcissistic people do. I complimented a co-worker on looking great and that her outfit was gorgeous, she is very slender and after the compliment she bit my head off! She said that “I was too focused on weight and age” She was so horrible and I didn’t know what I had done wrong. I then realized why the rest of the girls don’t talk to her and now I won’t either.
At first I thought that Blake wasn't pregnant at all. Well that would be surely inappropriate. But she was 8 months pregnant and she had already announced that! That's some crazy shit. You people haven't seen other interviews? Blake called entire cast of Gossip Girls " MY MONKEYS" as they are somewhat pets of her. They felt so embarassed and awkward sitting next to her. Or other interview where she confronts with questions and refused to reply to a journalist.

She never said that. She said she was asked by a reporter last week if she'd every had any interview tapes confiscated the way they had. There was no mention of it being Justin's interview specifically, let alone that it was multiple reporters who'd all interviewed Justin. You need to listen better.

You have probably already heard about the clarification about what happened between Blake and the director, Justin Baldoni. I just found out today that Justin did not fat-shame Blake. He simply let the on-set trainer know that he has had chronic back problems (herniated disc, etc. probably over a period of years) and he wanted to know Blake's weight and how to best lift another person without causing any further injury to his back. That does not come under the heading of fat-shaming.
Although it has been 8 years since you interviewed Blake and Parker, Blake should reach out to you with an apology. It's the right thing to do. You did nothing wrong and have absolutely nothing about which to be embarrassed.

I think this reporter probably said something, maybe before the interview started, that turned Blake and Parker against her.

For Blake to say 'congratulations on your little bump' back to another woman who wasn't pregnant was obnoxious. For all she knows, the other woman might not be able to have children.

If you traveled internationally or realized that this woman is foreign by her accent, “little bump” IS the way that many Europeans and Scandinavians speak to congratulate a pregnancy. It’s considered the nice way to mention it.

Not defending Blake Lively because she was super rude to this interviewer. Hopefully Blake will learn from this. But with that said I have seen a lot of interviews with various actors that seem similarly rude in nature. Blake Lively does not own this corner of the market. There are tons of examples on UA-cam. It seems personal questions or remarks made by the interviewers' trigger actors or celebrities. Especially comments about their looks. So, if you are going to cancel Blake Lively you may also want to cancel all those other actors who were seemingly rude as well.

The interviewer's comments were not rude to Blake because Blake had already publicly announced her pregnancy, and Blake has always bragged about her expert fashion sense, her hobby of fashion, and being her own wardrobe stylist! Blake was rude to the interviewer, and Parker followed Blake's lead in being rude to the interviewer to get closer to Blake as a friend.
Blake Lively can relax because the average person looses interest after two weeks. She is popular right now and that’s why she’s being attacked. If the average person can’t see that this is very disappointing.
