Wow this is crazy got to the end of the video only to realise how small this channel is. The quality of your content is amazing keep it up and im sure you'll be on to great things.
Preworkout has helped me with the habit stacking. If you are shaking you will want to do something no matter how undisciplined you are. And if you have access to weights all the better. You don’t have to deal with the drama at the local gym either.
yo what! I don't think I've commented on a youtube video in years, But I have to commend the editing and video style for a channel that only has 65 subs! I'm rooting for you man
I'm a broke college student who's at least 10 years away from even considering a home gym but I'm subscribing anyways since your content is super high quality. Cheers.
Nice one! You’ll be amazed at how all you need for a home gym! Have you checked out my 24 hour challenge for under $1k? With a bit of creativity and looking out for bargains you could do it for much cheaper than that too
Just found your channel, really surprised on the number of useful tips, love your videos! I'm in the process of building (again) workout habits and creating a home gym with a quite small room. You have a new subscriber 🙏
5:36 I'm sorry, but... no. Your feet are far too low and at heavier loads or higher reps, you're risking the weight slipping off and crushing you. I highly recommend you look up a few videos on proper leg press technique before proceeding (for example, I'd recommend Renaissance Periodization's "7 Leg Press Mistakes and How to Fix Them"). It's normal to look these things up for machines where a lot of weight is present, as there are dangers involved that might not be initially apparent. Back to the broader topic of the video, due to the costs involved in a full home gym and the fact that I live in a flat, I opted for a gymnastics ring / punching bag setup, combined with a gym membership. That way, I can train at home when I'm unable to go out, but still benefit from all of the equipment and machines available at my gym. For someone that isn't interested in fitness being a major part of their lives, the gymnastic rings along with calisthenics exercises are quite enough to build a healthy and attractive physique for comparatively little monetary expense.
Haha well spotted… I was ironically doing some calf raises! Thanks for mentioning it though. And yeah I totally agree about the rings it’s why it’s the number one pick in this video ua-cam.com/video/wB0skATUQsI/v-deo.htmlsi=Z161sMtPoanHiicZ Although I would say for most beginners a set of adjustable dumbbells and bench is more appropriate- many people get overwhelmed with what to do with some rings and they often just end up collecting dust in a drawer
I know no one cares but the games full name is association football. Slang of the late 1800s england turned association into soccer. When the game game to the US, Canada and Australia we all already had our own versions of a game called football so we adopted the slang name for the sport as the official name. I always think it's funny seeing a brit say that the name of the sport isn't soccer...when they are the ones who named it that. But still great advice! Thanks for the video!
What did I miss?
Let me know in the comments which actor you like best in there ;)

@@stronghomegym he’s right! About 1k will get you started well. You don’t have to go to college to get that much money.

Awesome! Did you see the $500 gym build video? May give some handy tips for a small space- what equipment do you have so far?
There is no eggs in dried spaghetti. :)
Very observant I wondered if anyone would notice that 😂
In my defence that candy cane was a Christmas tree decoration too 😅
Glad your soccer coach motivated you! :) Thanks for your quality content sir, look forward to more.

That’s brilliant! Thanks for letting me know I had no idea- how do you even know that?
I don’t think you have to sell your other videos because they sell themself. Not necessary.
